This forum page is a load of bollocks most of the time, as it’s mainly people winding each other up rather than talking about the game or the club. If you’re not going to support the club don’t comment on it.

Defence was absolutely shocking, apart from the errors they didn’t have a shot, absolute crap. Finley wants to learn how to pass instead of just kicking it in the air. Signs don’t look good, getting nearer to the bottom and further away from the middle.

I don’t think the club does want to go to the football league, because they would of got better players by now. I understand the club running as a business, but I think they are hoping the league to change its mind about 3G. This year is one of the hardest league it has been in years, I think the club are just happy to avoid relegation/ bottom half for a few years. I’ve supported this team for years, London Road days, If it’s players wages they’re worried about I would pay£1/£2 extra a game or go back to part time, you only have to look at the bench, it doesn’t excite you, subs hardly make a difference. I’m not saying go out and sign 11 superstars, but 1/2 a season would be good, a goal scorer is a must and they’re not cheap, unless your Piggott and sell him for next to nothing.

Why even think about a new stand when we haven’t even got a squad to get to the play offs. Something has to change, either give the new man the money to get us up there, then think about a new stand. With this squad we are going down, no goals in 4 games says it all.

The difference with Paxman and Lewis is Paxman is a creative player and while chance a few things or get caught in possession trying and the crowd get on to him when he loses the ball, and his confidence goes and is frightened to take people on. As for Lewis, he’s more of a ball winner and pass it to someone else. We need a quality forward and a good centre midfielder who can create things. Mid table target this year with a more established team and not so many loan players would be good.

I think the problem is the league bosses who say a club should have x amount of seated stand even though their average crowd is no where near what the league want, spending money they don’t have just to go up.

Yes I agree with you , not exactly fixtures to make you up for the coming season. Always poor.

It was bad, not 1 shot on target I don’t think, apart from words, Lewis and pax the others were poor. We are going down if this keeps on. The only trouble is with all these loans players is that they take time to settle in and then at the end of the season they are off leaving us in the same position. Losa has got to stop going down too easy, it’s embarrassing. Won’t have to worry about the pitch at this rate for a long time, something has got to change, and quick.

Before the game I would of taken a point, I thought pigs played well and took his goals well, he has big pressure on him to score as nobody else does. Midfield needs a creative player and another Lewis as the others are not very mobile. Another thing is we’ve got to stop passing back to the keeper, keeps putting us under pressure all the time. There’s a few players out there playing with poor form and I understand everyone has a dip, but at times we seam second to the ball. After saying that, if we stay where we are in the league it will be ok. The team is a long way off of getting promotion, and if the players budget doesn’t change you’re not going to get the better players. See you at Aldershot ⚽️

Today was not very good, they had 2 shots and scored, we’ve got to tget a creative midfielder in because we have nothing, I understand budgets and good players cost more, but we have nothing, we struggle at home because of the smaller pitch, in relatity, mid table would be good,, always support the stones though ⚽️

First half we were poor, when pax and Hines came on the game changed , a little bit of class. Defence looked ok, nice to see us for a change having 3 chances and scoring all of them. A great 3 points, but I can't help thinking why Wraight starts? Good to see pigs score, my only criticism of him is he goes down too easy in challenges, needs to be a bit stronger.

Deserved the win today, defence was good but poor finishing, when they click someone is going to get bashed. Richards had a great game and I hope his injury is not too bad. I was disappointed when they went down to 9 men and stones didn't move the ball quicker to pull them out of position more. Pigs could of had a hat trick today, disappointed with him at the end of the game when he walked straight off. I'm still not sure about Wraight though, no speed, haven't seen him go past many yet. At the end of the day we got 3 points which is important.

Just like Saturday, could of been 2 up, missed chances, 2 mistakes 2 goals. Why the long ball? Our wingers haven't got the pace to go past defenders, hard to choose a motm, hope finnys injury is not a bad one. Still early days, coys.

Why should season ticket holders get priority over a fan who goes to a lot of away matches and they apple pick the best games to go to? Surely the regular away fan should get priority.
