Ok, time to reflect. Who is actually contracted for next season already? Presume Worgan and Lewis, but no idea to be honest, though am sure Jay will want to keep both. Who else do we have options on? Who is it time to say thanks, but goodbye to. And where do we need to improve big time?
Attack and attacking midfield the answer to the last one, I presume? Elsewhere, I'd like to see the following with us next season, but could be faint hope in some cases: Phillips Coker Orsei DeHavilland Wynter Finney Twumasi Wraight
Less sure about the likes of Anderson, Hare, Reason, Turgott, Loza, but with the right players alongside, maybe they could be more consistent? Still think Richards and Paxman have potential, but they seem to be taking too long to break through. As for new folk, an end of season sale at Dagenham might bring some bargains, but who knows what is in Jay's little black book?

Strictly going from highlights, Turgot seems to have got his mojo back the last 2 games?

I stay, JDL goes and we need lots of something strong if the middle of the season is going to be as bad as this one Not sure why 61666 would be less sure about Turgott but still be thinking about the potential of Paxman If I had a wish list, I'd get a goalscorer alongside Coker and revert to 4-4-2 with Turgott, Loza, Lewis, Philips, Winter (defensive) as my mainstay midfield force. I'd be looking for a centre back to partner Finney and definitely looking for a left back.

Worgan, DeHavilland, Wynter, Finney, Lewis, Phillips, Richards (Paxman has had chances, I want Richards to have a chance as he's shown promise), Wraight, Turgott, Coker
Hare has shown himself to be useful, and is decent for a backup but I wouldn't be upset if he left. Similar thoughts for Anderson/twumasi/Reason/Loza, but I'd want to improve on them if we did get rid rather than a similar level.
I'd like us to get a good spine to the team and another class midfielder would add to that as I think Lewis and Phillips is a good start for next season. Upfront if we could get Cheek from dagenham it would be a very good addition.

Pretty good list but Orsei out (not contributed at all) Turgott looks the real deal now!

For me;
Must stay, Worgan, Lewis, Phillips.
Like to keep; Twamasi, Wynter, Turgott.
Indifferent either way; Paxman, Loza, Wraight, Richards, Osai, Muldoon, Hare.
Moved on with thanks, Anderson, Reason, DSY, Prestedge.
Loan players back please, Coker, Finney, De Havailand.
Who ever we keep or sign we need to recruit a striker, midfielder and experienced centre half. If we loan players it should be for the season if possible.

Keep - Lewis, Coker, Finney, Turgott, Wynter & Phillips
Get shut of - Delano, Prestedge, Reason, Luer, Paxman, Osei, Okuonghae, Hare, Anderson & Phipps
Undecided - Worgan (proper torn on this one because hes been rather mistake prone this season), Wraight, Loza, Muldoon (been injured all season), Richards & Twumasi

Orsei out (not contributed at all) Do you actually take any interest in this club whatsoever?

Worgan - Too many mistakes this season. Unfortunately we need a new number one but I would like to keep him as back up or as a coach.
Seth - let go. If we are looking to play a back theee next season then a new full back / winger is required.
Anderson - same reason as Seth.
Hare - keep as good back up and can play multiple positions.
Wynter - definately keep.
Finney - need to sign him up definately.
De Havilland - sign him up.
Magnus - let go.
Prestidge - let go.
Lewis - keep. Had a great season.
Paxman - let go. Unfortunately it’s not worked for him this season. He has not improved. Needs to move on.
Phillips - excellent player. Need to keep him and he has to play every week.
Muldoon - been a poor signing. Injury prone and not worth the risk next season. Let go.
Richards - keep. Very disappointed not to see more of him this season. Hopefully jay trusts him more next season.
Wraight - needs to play more in his favoured position. Good utility player to have in the squad. Can play full back / winger if playing back 3.
Turgott - keep. Easy answer.
Loza - let go. One league goal all season is not good enough. Think this is a position we can improve on.
Coker - definately keep. Has to stay next season and if he has a good start to next season then he may follow the route that Pigott has done and move up the leagues. He needs to play week in week out.
DSY - very poor season with one league goal. Has to go. Pathetic.
Orei - not seen enough of him. So if Jay is not picking him then he has to be let go.
Luer - do not sign. We need an out and out goal scorer for next season to play up top with Coker and Turgott.
Sorry if I missed anyone out.
I think we need a new keeper, 1 x centre back, 2 x full backs / wingers, 2 x central midfielders, 2 x strikers.

Not a bad call rockstar but I don't think Worgs is ready to be put out to pasture just yet. Not sure about Loza either, such a class act but he did under-perform this season. It's a case of 'Jay knows best' for me.

I’m really not sure about Turgott. I didn’t see the Fylde game, which I think was his best performance (?) - but in the occasions I’ve watched him live he just gets bundled off the ball too easily. He seems a bit of a luxury, undoubted flashes of brilliance all too infrequent.

I think the most disappointing player this season has been DSY. He played so well for us last season but one league goal all season is a shocking return for a striker. At least Loza has the excuse of coming back from injury. We are lucky our defenders know where the goal is!! I am sure DSY will find his scoring boots again.

Rob Swaine would be a good signing.
I see hes left Billericay due to having a fallout with Tamplin......good centre half at this level & was one of Bromley's best players when he played for them.

It's a case of 'Jay knows best' for me. We can't get rid of Worgs because if we did, the club would have to re-paint the van and that would be a disaster. I'd keep Loza and then loan him out to a National South club for a while. He can't have become a bad player - just needs to rebuild confidence and fitness somewhere. He has talent in spades

Sign Cheek from Dagenham and have a top three of Turgott cheek and Coker.
