Hopefully those of us who aren't lucky enough to afford a season ticket upfront have a chance of getting one this time...

It is what it is 800 odd tickets, like you say let's hope non season tickets holders have a chance. I think pretty slim, as season ticket holders get 1st dibs. So us non season ticket holders like myself may just have to listen on stones live. No point In everyone going crazy about ticket allocation, we've been here before. Gutting it is, but nothing we can do about it.

To be honest i doubt we will even sell out.
Last time we played them in a actual league game we were given 800 and sold less than 700.....that was a Saturday game as well.

Quite generous in the context of ground redevelopment and how many we give them.

Season ticket holders pay for first dibs on these tickets, although in the event you do miss out StonesLive! have got permission to do the commentary. Although I didn’t have the privilege, Ebbsfleet should be offering better facilities for commentary than the ladder and raised shed on offer before and that’ll be a much welcome change!

Chances are I'll miss enough home games over the course of the season that I'll actually lose money rather than save anything from having a season ticket but I still get one to put myself in a position to get priority for tickets.

I don’t think I quite understand what you’re getting at here? Edit: You buy your season ticket solely for priority on games you will attend? Or is your point that you feel people should not be able to buy this?

Even though I don't gain anything financially from having the season ticket (usually I end up at worst maybe paying for 2 or 3 games that I miss due to holidays and so on) I still get one because I want to have that priority when it's needed.

My mistake! Assumed there was a counter point in there somewhere!

I'm reluctant to buy a ticket in advance in case Ebbsfleet have any injuries or suspensions and therefore don't field their strongest XI.

Pah. Having been unable to attend any matches in July, I can attend just two in August and this is one of them. Maybe I will only be able to attend one.
