At least one idiot on Facebook trying to put a negative spin on this, saying George only apologised because he had to. I am sure he would have been advised to but I also reckon he wanted to, probably realised by the time he was changed and in the car that he mis-stepped. We do have some bellends in our support so not surprised

Thanks George and let's move on. Lets focus on the football. Indeed let’s get back to the football and accept George’s passion and apology. We are praying like crap. That’s the real issue - I.e why the crowd was so lukewarm in the first place not George’s reaction.

The ability to recognize a mistake and apologise is part of what is known as emotional intelligence - something all leaders need to have or learn. Sadly lacking in many politicians, national leaders etc! Anyway, well done George.
