I was at the Cup final too. Remember dancing with this random bloke when we scored. To this day the main computer at Ipswich is called the "Osbourne 1.0" after the commentators words at the time. As famous in Ipswich as "They think it's all over." Disagree the Stones game was our worst. We played well. We had you on the ropes from start to finish. 38 shots to 2 says a lot. You held on by using plenty of adrenaline, skill, effort, guts and luck. Pleased for you. It's what supporting football clubs is all about. You experienced more elation in that match than Manure, Citeh and Arsenal supporters have in many a year. Their highs are so much lower than other teams because they are expected to win. I once met an Arsenal supporter the day after they had just won the FA Cup for the second year on the trot. I congratulated him and then had to listen to him run down his manager for 10 minutes. Personally, if it had been Town, they would have to be scraping me off the ceiling for months. Good luck for this season. I hope we meet again. Absolutely classic Cup game! Enjoyed every minute of it - although I wouldn't like to go through that last seven minutes again... Nice place, nice stadium, nice people. Much better than Coventry - so I was glad it was you who went up and not them. The fireworks at the beginning were a surprise though - is that normal?!

It seems that the fireworks are here to stay for the while. A bit of the Yanks razamataz that they like to do. Personally I'm just waiting for the dancing girls. Excuse me I' m not woke. Show me some pretty girls anytime.
The Yanks have been good for us. We are much more proffessional off the pitch. More dynamic. More cute on bringing in money. Four years ago we sold 15000 shirts. This year we are heading for 100,000. Get your Ed Sheeran tickets here. (Ginge sits directly oppposite me). Stands being painted now. Seats more comfy. Screens to be seen. £30m invested in the training ground. All thanks to the fire and police pension fund. They bought us for £40m and sold 40% for £100m two years later. Sound business. No egos. No personalities. Just good business.

The username may have changed but that’s the swordy we’ve come to know and love.
