I was bored the other day and was imagining how London Road would have looked with the current main stand down one side and the new stand at the end that wasn't critics corner...anyone good with photoshop or 3D graphics to give a visual representation?

It would have looked good! And a 10 minute walk home!

We're into "If my auntie had a penis she'd be my uncle" territory here.
Or, rather "if the club's management at the time hadn't been shortsighted berks who sold the club down the river"

It would have looked good! And a 10 minute walk home! In my imagination it does indeed look good. Pondering if the critics corner terrace should have a roof or not...

The only long-term answer. The current system leaves loads of fans of any half-decently supported clubs stuck in the corner unable to see much of anything. And the EE stand is just too good to give up to away fans, it should be home fans only at every game - it is our Kop. Well until the town end stand gets rebuilt with a larger capacity then we will all be back down there. Ah, so your all squatting at the moment

It would have looked good! And a 10 minute walk home! Oh yeah? How do you avoid the temptation to pop into The Pippin?
