That segregation separation 'barrier' was a bit odd. From the main stand it looked just like netting stretched across on of the stairways. OK for the average NL game, I suppose, but any serious hoolies would wet themselves laughing. Also, how do the police/security get up the steps if any trouble does break out? Not sure tranmere are going to be as friendly as lincoln were, they caused a bit of hassle at Bromley 1st game of the season. So will be interesting to see if anything happens. Not sure many will bother. They'll be saving themselves for a trip to Aldershot, and probably another one to Wembley. Why come all the way to Maidstone to watch their reserves play an entirely meaningless game?

£90,000 for extra changing rooms and toilets behind the new stand, with more permanent refreshment kiosks to be looked at later.

Hope they hurry with the refreshments . After standing what felt like the whole of half time for a cuppa at the palace game I gave up ...

Town end half time queues really died down in the 2nd half of the season.

I's so glad I changed my eating habits last year. I now manage to survive for five hours or more without the need to join a queue and buy a pie. In fact, I very rarely join a queue and buy a pie at all these days.

The fact that I only buy a coffee while you lot proceed to scoff God knows what only adds to my portfolio of evidence

I don't eat pies or go for a drink at half-time, but I do buy chips - and moan about the queue!
But why do I do this? Surely I can go for two hours without eating? I don't even like those awful pre-fried chips they do! (One of the greatest abominations ever perpetuated on mankind.)
I could just sit in my seat for 15 minutes and read the programme - that otherwise I never read beyond Bill and Jay's columns...

Thus you will be giving me your season ticket as McDonalds is within 20 miles of the Gallagher. Very decent of you Dave. Anyway, it got better tonight because I visited a lovely little bistro in St Lo
