Porky - how did the two Salford teams compare? Were they basically the same players, or was last night's team even less first team than last week's? Last nights team only had 2 players who featured in the 16 @ Braintree ( Salford's last league game ). Compared with the first ( drawn ) FAT game, 6 players who started last night also started that one, the 5 new players who played last night had squad numbers 35, 41, 34, 39 & 15 - conclusion, last night's Salford team was ( much ) weaker than in the first game & that used in the League.

Well if Salford are willing to sacrifice £8,000 prize money in a bid to win promotion at the end of the season then let us all hope they FAIL so we can have a good laugh especially if we sneak our way to Wembley.
