My 10year old nephew came with us (his first Stines game) and was desperately trying to get one after the game, all sold out ! We tried club shop and he even went back inside the stadium in the hope that an Ipswich fan had left one there unwanted !

You can have mine if you want. I no longer collect cupboards full of old programmes. Thanks, Bernie, but I'm sure there'll be more deserving candidates (see above). To be honest, I no longer worry about programmes so much these days. When I couldn't get one at Runcorn in our final Conference game, I felt pissed off about it for years, but missing the Ipswich one didn't really bug me at all. I don't know why, but then I didn't bother with Tuesday's game, even though I could have gone - first time I've done that. So perhaps it's an age thing? Turn 70 and football (at last) starts to weaken it's grip...

Cool. If NWS can’t help, I’m happy to pass it on to a kid. And a copy of the Non League News from the next day.

All over the KM today - front, back, loads of pages inside! First time I've bought it since our first promotion to the NL, but well worth the £2.

If last year is repeated, we will know date, time and tv 5th round details tomorrow, albeit not the opposition.

But how much do we lose to the taxman? tax year 2023/4 Corporartion Tax is 25% on net profits
Also people tend to forget that VAT is payable on ticket sales which means VAT is £2 from every £10
On this theme- If you've not heard the Non-League podcast, then give this a listen. podcasts.apple.com/gb/podcast/the-kent-non-league-football-podcast/id1280904359?i=1000643737648My son Nick with one of my football-mad GK's, and after Nicks bit, Olivers interview -He makes some statements on the competition , the prize money, the spend, the business approach to it, Terry and the matter of a sale later in the year as a possibility, to new owners. As to embark on some of the developments, given the passage of time, financial position, head-count etc- would be a >£5m Capex, which the pot of money from this current good-fortune won't even wet the sides of. Oliver states inflation being a factor , any previous plans that were shelves, Covid and management problems aside, has had a significant impact of what was on paper as a Capex as to what it needs to be now, re-costed.

I’ve also found a good home for it for a kid who couldn’t go to the game.

There’s been a few more. I’ll try and find them and post on here. One by a Norwich supporter was quite amusing, trying not to be smug among the home fans.

That eBay bundle looks a lot like part of the archive I gave away last year. If that’s you, James, good on yer, I’ve got the good ones to get rid of shortly!
