Another day and another signing.
This time Chrustie Pattisson, a wide midfielder with flair and attacking intent apparently.
I must admit to thinking Christie who when I learnt he was with us last season.

Maybe that's the answer? As long as they know where the net is. If you have a bunch of midfielders who can score goals, thenb you don't need a proven striker. The league champions don't always have the leading goal scorers. And a decent strikers are not only hard to find and expensive, but they never stay anyway!

Seem to recall he was on fire before he got injured. Looking forward to seeing a full season from him.

He started in our first competitive match at Hendon in the FA Cup but got injured pretty early on

I hear that Roarie Deacon is meant to be a top signing.
Anybody know what sort of position he plays, I'm guessing he's central midfield

We do seem to have more than enough central and wide midfielders, just enough defenders and barely enough strikers

Hak still talks about a couple more signings next week, so I guess there could be a full back (maybe), a centre back (possibly) and a striker (probably).
