learn a lesson and get on with it. look to next game and get a win. by the way fair do to the leatherhead fans, took all the banter but when the tables turned the pissed brigade at the front of the town end (not the left or right side) struggled to take it. even threw beer at one of our own...that as an example to the younger kids, a 10 year old who copied that action and threw plastic cups at tanner fans. if your reading this you lightweights, dont come again, your not welcome. coys.

Where to start, I was concerned at kick off with our line up, Danny Lye and Michael Phillips in central midfield meant we had absolutely no pace in the centre of the park, Flish had a good game as usual and I thought King also played well and his link up play is getting better, Welford had a strange sort of game and during the 1st half didn't get much change against there number 4, one final comment is we have a near perfect pitch yet we persist with lumping the ball forward at every opportunity instead of passing the ball around, we have the players. We now have to focus on Tuesdays game and get a result against Corinthian-Casuals Could not agree more toon I am not a fan of this 7-1-2 system that we seem to be playing either..

well said IS, the bellend that threw his beer was dishing out abuse to their N0: 10 all afternoon then took offence to them celebrating going 3-2 up. Don't dish it out if you can't take it cock knocker! On the footballing side, agree with andyj, just not good enough at the back, how many times can we afford to keep throwing away silly goals at home? Pressure seems to be all on us at home where as the away teams seem to relish it, anywho onwards and upwards COYS

Leatherhead were the better side today no dought about it we never really got going at all today. We were never able to control the midfield and was overrun time and time again our passing was way off . Danny is a great bloke and all ways gives every thing but was made to look very poor today we badly need another center midfielder as cover for Tim o and Mickey because without them i think we will continue to struggle against better sides like Leatherhead. My motm easy its big Tim o great at center back but missed in midfield..

Well, for me that's been coming for a while! I can see why we've got rid if Davisson if our strategy is to lump it forward - doesnt matter what your midfields like if you keep doing that. It works OK if Welford wins the headers but today he didn't & we were struggling. I thought Leatherhead were the better side throughout. We have players who should be winning games like this but we never look like we will. Something's wrong somewhere!

Ok we have only lost 2 games at home, but when was the last time you walked away from a home game saying " god we played well". Just think away teams are enjoying the big crowds and are playing football on the decent surface where as we just seem to hit the long ball all the time. Spot on Andy, I would go back as far as Salisbury in November, but woe betide if you should come on here with an opinion against the club, players or management, that it makes you some kind of 'lesser supporter'. Expectations are a lot higher, it's about time some people on here stopped living in the past. BTW Getting rid of Davisson over Lye or Greenhagh (no reflection on his ability, just his commitment to the club) was frankly ridiculous, as was making only 1 substitution when we were so p1ss poor today.

To b honest we've been poor for a couple of months now,we simply don't play football on the floor anymore we just go long and if you do that the front 2 have to do better to bring the midfielders into the game, they simply did not do this today there 4 had welford tied up and I never seen someone beat him in the air so often (maybe we should buy him to solve our worries at the back)we was at our best when we played on the floor bringing our best player into the game (Flish) rather than him just chasing lost causes and hopping something will happen,in short they played better than us and deserved there points(ouch that hurt to say)

Hi guys, Leatherhead fan here. Firstly I've got to compliment the vast majority of your fans who welcomed us to your ground which, to put it mildly, is extremely impressive! Thought we played really well today, and for the first time in a while, actually looked like a team which could challenge yourselves and Dulwich for the top spot. I still believe that it's between you and Dulwich realistically for the top spot, but it's turning into an intriguing race . As for the game, I felt that your back line didn't look half as impressive as in the corresponding fixture and something just didn't seem right. Going forward on the counter however you looked highly impressive, and if our keeper didn't pull off some key saves when it was 2-1 then you would have easily wrapped up victory. Our only gripe today was the behaviour of the minority of your fans at the Town end. Banter is one thing, even occasional swearing can be fine if it is taken in jest. But some of the behaviour behind there was simply incredible. Just simple things, like booing the stewards when they ask the fans to stop banging against the stand, don't reflect well on the club. But throwing bottles onto the pitch after Leatherhead made it 3-2 and at us after we were celebrating victory is simply unacceptable. And even then, throwing beer over the stewards and other Maidstone fans who were trying to protect us! The culprits also included a number of teenagers, which is clearly a worrying sign. Also, to the person who said that we "kicked off", you are totally incorrect and I would urge you to actually listen to some of the vitriol which was coming from that part of the ground and speak to some of the friendlier Stones fans who were standing with us to get the whole story. Please don't think that I'm labelling all Maidstone fans under this, I totally recognise that its a minority. But its these fans which the club must shed asap. since they will damage the reputation of the club. One thing which we were wondering is why you allow alcohol on the terraces. This could maybe be a possible reason for the behaviour? Anyway, sorry to moan! Like I said, you've got a cracking ground and fanbase, and hopefully we'll play each other in the premier next season .

haven't witnessed any trouble at any of the home matches i have been to this year yet i read that it mysteriously kicked off today at a fixture that several raised concerns over. interesting.

Leatherhead fans were fine. If locals can't behave at the Gallagher Stadium, don't come back. We need to self-police on this before the stewards get involved, and know any bad behaviour will be frowned on by those around us. We deserved to lose today and must take it on the chin.

maybe we should consider going back to basics and returning to the formula that was so successful at the beginning of the season (albeit without davisson ffs). give booth a run in the side playing alongside welford. the man was banging in goals for fun and while i appreciate he has since suffered fitness wise he seems completely frozen out at the moment for no good reason. woolery phillips olorunda and flisher in midfield...
