What is even more wierd is that I am NOT a STH but i got an e-mail with the link. (I was a STH for 2022/23).
Anyhow I've got 2 tickets now.

I am a season ticket holder and haven't received any e mail either! Me too Royalstone, as a season ticket holder I’ve been checking X constantly from 5pm and then get told by my daughter I should have received various emails during the day, but received absolutely nothing (junk folder included). Luckily she bought a ticket for me and assigned it to my ticketpass account. If she couldn’t have bought 2 tickets I would have been stuffed. The ticketArse system just isn’t good enough and I will be contacting the club to find out why I have received no emails. Anyways no harm done this time but it needs resolving. See you all in Worthing. COYS It's a complete mess. The only 'check' that you are a ST holder is the email from MUFC, so that's fucked once it's public. And there's seemingly no limit on how many tickets you can buy. If people had known this before 6, there would have been chaos! I hope they manage something much better for the final.

So now the club fucks the email sending up, they cant organise segregation to suit their own loyal fans, the club were well out of pocket over the last few years and luckily the FA Cup money digs them out of a hole. Its almost like the club is being run rather poorly at the moment.

The crazy thing is that Ticketpass knows you are a season ticket holder as it appears as part of your membership status. So the club issues emails incorrectly to non season ticket holders, and does not issue tickets to pukka season ticket holders yet all along ticketpass knows whether you are or not and could validate that as part of your application via ticketpass!

Tickets fully booked and paid for, purchase confirmation came in at 18:01. The system is quite seamless now ticketpass actually works.
As for validating the link hasn’t been shared, it’s an oversight but I suspect we would have more control in the event of a home tie in the final.

Club should have insisted on paper tickets being printed. Total Bs that there isn't enough time. Wonder how many Worthing in the away end ? Total fiasco imho.

There didn't seem to be any limit on how many you could have of each. The only slight problem is that, at the end of the process, they require you to give an email address for each ticket, so they can be 'verified' (this caught me out because I didn't actually know my daughter's email address!). But I'm pretty sure you could assign all the tickets to your own email if you wanted to, so even that wasn't a real restriction. But (caveat) I only actually bought two tickets, and both for ST holders, so maybe it knew we were both ST holders? (Although I doubt that.)

You didnt have to designate the ticket holders at the time of purchase, the proceess allowed you to leave it till later. So i currently have 2 tickets without a verified name or e-mail address, other than my own. In fact you can change the email addresses in the verification process to fit either the first or the 2nd ticket holders or both. I'm not a STH so the ticketing process obviously doesnt check that and in any case the ticket users details can be amended. So it is 'flexible'. It seems that tickets may be checked on entry so as to match the i.d of named holders, but i wonder if that will happen on the day.

I’ve never known screen tickets to be checked for ID. Why would Worthing care?
It’ll be one of their biggest home gates. They will just want to get people in as quickly as possible.
