Great season so far. Right in the mix of the play-off positions and every chance of finishing 3/4. 3 points is everything. The club doesn't need supporters like George was moaning at. Please do us all a favour and stay away.

100% behind George.
Either support the team or stay away.

Great manager
Great club
Great supporters, except for those who George called out.
Apparently, George told a nobody that he can stay away in future.
Sounds like good advice to me

OK, it wasn't brilliant, but the only thing that matters now is that we win games. 3 points when almost all our rivals lost. Suddenly 3rd place looks a lot easier - no quarter finals, home advantage, what more do you want - 5th round of the FA Cup?
Oh, hang on...

Its all about opinions but I agree with George. For sure the match was low key and lacked quality. But supporters should be just that and get behind the team when they struggle. If they don't want to the they can f--k off and do something else on Saturday afternoons. Mostly agree deadly. The problem in the first half was too many mistakes/mishit passes and 'supporters' negativity won't help this. The only time I would criticize our own players would be if there was lack of effort/complacency and this has never been an issue under George's reign. I thought the positive support from the Genco 2nd half probably helped us over the line today.

Thank goodness for segregation today. I was more than a shade worried that we would be overwhelmed by the hordes from the West Country. But thanks to the segregation nets, supported by our outstanding security personnel, we were all able to feel that the Gallagher is a safe environment. Damn the expense, you can't put a price on supporter safety.

The club doesn't need supporters like George was moaning at. Please do us all a favour and stay away. I’m going out on a limb here to disagree. It was an over reaction to an innocuous remark no worse than I hear around me dozens of times every time a pass goes astray or shot goes miles wide. I’ve probably muttered “sort them out George” under my breath a hundred times. He didn’t make wanker signs at away fans, or throw something, or threaten physical violence, or throw a smoke bomb, or clamber over the barrier, or flash the name of a dead man on his phone, or organise a bus full of drunken teenagers, or injure several people invading the pitch, or drunkenly dance up and down the yellow hatching, or stand on a wall at an away game clutching his groin, or stand at the front like that bloke from 1990s Last Night of the Proms thinking he’s conducting the orchestra, or any of the other ridiculous behaviour we are expected to tolerate week in week out because “it’s not doing any harm”. Shortly afterwards he walked out humiliated, possibly never to return. You can’t bellow aggressively at paying customers because they said something you disagree with. George should now seek him out and offer a friendly reconciliation. I never publicly criticise the manager or players, but the reaction was completely over the top and not something we want to see on a regular basis.

And after a first half like that, Everyone who had paid their hard earned money to be entertained, were not being entertained.

Goal aside, the entire game was tedious. For much of the season we have been a pedestrian team that just about gets by (ignores Worthing away at this point) and yesterday was the highest epitome of that. The cup run has taken focus away from that and renders all arguments against this being a great season futile. However, the league performances have been underwhelming (ignores Worthing at home)

We are in a tedious league, but lucky to have slightly bigger, better and fitter players than most of our opponents. Would be nice to have a Luque to produce moments of magic, but players like that are rare at this level. George has his players set up well and usually giving 100% effort. It’s not exciting, but it usually gets results. youtu.be/YP_nOz4w_78?feature=sharedEdit. Even Stones TV couldn’t be bothered with more than five minutes.

I see Luque is still loaned out to AFC Totten !
George def made the right decision, but we do need a couple of attacking players with the qualities of the old Spanish Magician.
