After waiting nearly TWO months for 'emergency' boiler support, Swale have finally woken up and given us a date to fix the poor, leaky, pile of poo that was once a functioning boiler.
The date? Tomorrow!!!!!
After weeks of claiming they can't get engineers to come out outside Monday to Friday 8-5, they pick a bloody Saturday...

Christ knows why, but we've decided to segregate today's game.
Weston wont bring many and they've never caused any problems when we've played before, which makes this decision even more bizarre.

Non league day. Exactly the time when the morons will latch on to any game where they might instigate some shenanigans. Stewards need to be on their game today. And the Chelmsford game proved that even without segregation the morons will find a way.

Well that was bad. Feels like a “point will see us both through” kind of game.
Bentley dive and no other action

f**k me how dull was that? Stonestv needn't worry about making highlights of the first half, because there weren't any. 20 Weston fans brought eight banners with them, including one of Che Guavara. The rain, sleet and hail stopped and the best player on the pitch has been the referee - not that he's done much either. Only incident of note was just after the half time whistle when George came over to the Town End to give an almighty bollocking to a fan who was clearly saying we need to pull our finger out. George really not happy, citing all our injuries. Fair enough, but the eleven on the pitch clearly need to try harder. The sun is shining, there's a very decent crowd who so far have had absolutely nothing to cheer about. A full Genco has been outshouted by 20 Weston fans. Enough said?

Really positive to get a win from that performance. Clean sheet always means you have a chance. Well done lads. Rest up and we do again.

Indeed. It wasn’t pretty it wasn’t encouraging and rubbish to watch. We looked poor and not worthy of play offs. Could have gone either way but neither side deserved to win and 0-0 would have been a fair result. But we won. Invaluable three points. That’s how teams succeed, by having that bit of luck on the day. I just hope George doesn’t think it was good at all but sees all the improvements needed to get what we need from the Eastbourne (doable) Welling (Tough) Taunton (Also doable) games. Then we maybe in good shape to make, and have a good go at the play offs. COYS!

Did just enough in the second half, though it must be said Weston were pretty inept. Some nice passing at times but no cutting edge. We spent far too much of the game passing sideways and backwards, hoping to catch them out with the occasional hoof up field. Thought Lamar made a difference when he came on, because he was at least a bit more direct. Well done Reece for the goal, but injuries or not we surely have to press teams more than we did today. Still results went our way and suddenly third place is within reach. Dorking got thrashed 6-0 at Barnet too.

Really poor game. Never looked like conceding but until Reynolds came on never looked like scoring. He made a huge difference and injected some pace and a sense of urgency that was severely lacking up to that point. For three quarters of the game we allowed Weston to dictate the game, won no second balls and were generally very pedestrian. The one real moment of quality led to the goal. Excellent free kick by Sam and a quality finish from Reece. But any neutrals in today would have been far from impressed.

I’ve supported George in the dark days when moronic kids were berating him while he appealed for positivity, and always felt he was the man for the job. One might agree with the sentiment that fans should get behind an injury hit team, particularly after Ipswich. But shouting at moaners in the crowd is something you can only get away with a few times. It certainly won’t work when the inevitable hard times come. As for the game, we just about deserved three points, but only just.

94 minutes and there was little in it but we won. Ref was good, for Refs, he didnt wave to many yellows. We won it, thats the main thing. Mistakes on both sides, but I think we had the balls more than them, we were just a bit scared to belt it.

Its all about opinions but I agree with George. For sure the match was low key and lacked quality. But supporters should be just that and get behind the team when they struggle. If they don't want to the they can f--k off and do something else on Saturday afternoons.
