Not sure how strong Dagenham will be this year, they started with a defeat at Boreham Wood, hoping we can continue from our second half display on Saturday so going 2-1 Maidstone with 1500 in attendance, hopefully 3-400 from Maidstone.

So, 1100-1200 from Dagenham? More sensibly, I suspect BW will be play-off certainties again this year, possibly championship conterders, so a defeat at BW doesn't really tell us much.

Considering they lost their starting keeper & 2 best forwards i think that's unlikely......looking at their recruitment none of them have been replaced by the same type of quality either

Who would have expected them to do as well as they did last season?

I don't expect them to be as strong as last year. Reading reports from dags game on Sat. They were reasonably good at the back but toothless up top. It's only one game. Think this is a game we should be targeting getting 3 pts on the board.. hopefully

No game is a cert , matches are won after the final whistle has been blown when whichever team has scored the most goals !. I hope that it will be The Mighty Stones and I will be keeping an eye on the score as I have to work. Common You Stones !⚽️

If we're following tradition. A 1-1 draw at home for the opening game. Isn't this the game that we fail to score, lose and someone goes off injured and then out for a number of games?

Sounds about right! So that's Stuart Lewis getting a straight Red tonight then!
Just seen the team. Paxman is the only change, who replaces Phillips, who drops to the bench

Check out the 'as it stands' table right now - with Dover firmly at the bottom!

De Havilland off injured with a wynter on.
Finney also on thin ice and is looking like a walking red card already being in a yellow.
