I have to agree with you, your not made to feel welcome either. It's more painful than the trek to the away end at Dover. Even worse was it was an evening game for us, and it was freezing cold. I actually thought Dover was worse. At least on Bromley's open terrace you don't feel caged in. The only problem was the cold and the rain and to be fair that's no worse than the Swanscombe end at your ground. I don't really have a problem with Hayes Lane but how it complies with EFL entry criteria just beggars belief.

I've been been to Hayes Lane a few times but that was one of the worst afternoons weather wise I've experienced for a while. I don't mind an open terrace but a place to shelter and recouperate at half time would have been appreciated. The food/drink area is woefully inadequate for any team that brings over 100 supporters.
