Some silly behaviour from maidstone fans after the game aswell! I am all for the younger people having a good time (i was young once) sing as much as you want in the ground but i think that other people on the trains, pubs and streets generally are intimidated by a mob goading opposition fans. Its great that you travel (500 plus was a good turnout) but have a bit of consideration for the general public

A good battling performance with some reasons for hope up front. Coker, turgott and Ross look a step up from what we had. Another howler from worgan and several other poor bits of decision making from him. It was fascinating to see Lewis's anger with him when he came miles out of goal to give no choice but to let the ball run out of play for a throw in. Surely this is the position most in need of an upgrade? Agree with the 'howler' but thought he was correct on the throw in even though his captain was unimpressed. At least we retained possession. In those conditions the chances of slicing the clearance were too high and there didn't appear time for him to take a touch first.

But Jay won’t change it this season but can see him changing it next season. We need someone with more of a presence. He keeps making too many mistakes.

How bad are the facilities at this appalling ground. Trape through muddy puddled car park bog with cars coming at you from all directions. Stand on uncovered terrace in rain all match. No cover, even for some home fans. Over privelsged pratts in Directors Stand should be embarassed at what they inflict on away supporters but, I note still take their money. One to avoid next season.

Worgs has done really well for the club over a number of seasons and he has deservedly built up a loyal and supportive fan base. He is still a great shot stopper. Enough said for now.

Despite the excitement its generating I suspect Bromley's owners aren't entirely comfortable with a possible promotion. A plastic pitch would not be their only issue with the ground.

Car park reminded me of Ashford. At least Bromley's has lighting. You couldn't see the 6 inch deep puddles at Ashford until you stepped in them.

Surely this is the position most in need of an upgrade? I don't think he had many options with the one he let run out of play. Unfortunately the mistake for the goal and the generally poor kicking are becoming too frequent now and as good a shot stopper as he is that is starting to be overshadowed now by other areas of his game. Still a decent keeper, but not the Worgs we've become used to. Hope he manages to turn it round because he could still have another couple of good seasons at this level.

If you lot keep having a go at Worgs don't be surprised if he decide to go and play for Margate next season. I can't see any of you suggesting of a replacement ... Any names to put forward from the moaners ?!?.

Brilliant, so now we're not allowed to point out that Worgan is not as good as he once was just in case he decides to move on next season - shame some people don't have the same morals when it comes to moaning about our outfield players!

It's a ground I wouldn't want to go to again. Along with Dover, it's one of the few away trips I haven't enjoyed, but at least we were under cover at Dover.

Can't keep on living on what he's done in the past. (See you in Margate worgs!)

Before the seating regulations became specific (individual seats with tip up bases, I think), Bromley got round their lack of seats for promotion to the NL by putting some benches on the terracing! Personally, I think that any ground grading at NL level should include covered accommodation for away fans. In the 21st century, we are still expected to stand in the pouring rain for two hours - and to pay 15-20 quid for the privilege!

The facilities were as bad as I can remember from a Conference team. It's pretty sad seeing people hiding in the turnstiles at half time trying to stay dry !
The terrace was cramped and a little lad was pushed onto the ground - it's shocking that this is set up on "Health and Safety grounds" and then that happens !
As for the game - a draw was a fair result I think. They started well (we helped that) but as the first half progressed we got more and more into it, and the equaliser was well deserved. The second goal on the stroke of half time was cruel.
New signings - Lafayette holds up the ball well, though he doesn't have the height of Joe so hoofing everything up to him wasn't that clever. When we played it to him in different ways, it worked. Beckwith did a good job, I actually thought his first booking was a bit harsh, the second one saved us ! Coker - I'm really not sure about him. To me he's a bit lightweight and whilst he might have nice touches, I'm not convinced we can afford both him and Turgott in the team. Turgott looked to fit in better.
Great noisy crowd who do us proud !
