Disappointing not to get a win, but thought we played well in spells. After that glaring open goal miss from Ter Horst, I got that 1-1 feeling which comes along now and again after dominating with so many early chances. My Man of the Match Jai Reason, who was superb.

Poor performance I think what the team needs now if we want to kick on is another Striker With Jamar back now and Zavon in wide areas if we could just strengthen the forward area with another player we would be really good side

Love it when teams celebrate a point against Stones as if they'd won the champions league. Shows how far we've come. Disappointed not to win, especially on some of the gilt edge chances we spurned, but could easily have ended up losing, because we don't half look dodgy at the back sometimes against the lesser teams. Missed Delano today. He would have ripped their defence to shreds.

Yep, agree about Jai Reason - excellent match Still cannot believe that open goal miss from Ter Horst Such a good built up too, but absolutely shocking not to put the ball in the net Good to see Hines and Loza on the pitch together With DSY back soon plenty to look forward too

We have five good strikers at the club already. Today didn't go as planned but to react by saying we need another goal scorer is very fickle.

No problem with The Beast as a defender, but he doesn't add to the attack like Wynter does. I wasn't too impressed with Loza, still some way off his old form, and Hines was not his normal self either. I think starting with ter Horst was the problem, if Jay had started with Hines and Loza and brought ter Horst on for Loza towards the end, I don't think we'd be looking at another bloody draw at home against a shitty club. Not exactly convinced by Anderson either. Although it would be wrong to pick out particular players, the whole team just wasn't working properly today. I hope this isn't the beginning of the usual bloody 'Cup effect'. Let's hope the team performs much better on Tuesday - we need the three points.

Anyone know how Wynter is? Jay said in his radio Kent interview he had gone to the hospital with problems with one of his eyes after getting an elbow.

Thought we played well in patches but Solihull do seem to be our bogey side. I think Ter Horst tried to make it look good instead of rolling the ball into the net. In the end he was lucky it hit the bar.

Anyone know how Wynter is? Jay said in his radio Kent interview he had gone to the hospital with problems with one of his eyes after getting an elbow. Doesn't sound good. Jay said he couldn't see out of one eye. It looked pretty nasty at the time, but it didn't look deliberate - and, in fairness to the ref, he couldn't really have seen it, but the linesman must have had a good view. Jay also says that Hines isn't 100% fit, having missed training during the week - which at least explains starting with the Dutchman (Jay didn't sound very impressed with his misses!) . And apparently Worgan's still suffering with his groin injury. With DSY still out (I think), we could be scraping the barrel a bit Tuesday. The bench already looked pretty thin today - perhaps we need to recall Paxman? (assuming we can)

The thing of listening to Jay's post match interviews is how p-ss-d off he sounds when the lads don't deliver for example, "Ter Horst has got to score once he has rounded the keeper" most of the criticism was aimed at a lack of clinical finishing fair enough, no wonder he is so popular with the supporters, he doesn't come out with rubbish excuses, just says it how it is ! he wants the team to deliver close to 100% every match, second best just won't do seems like the bench is looking a bit thin at the moment in the striker department, apparently Hines wasn't really fit today

Not there but not doubting how pissed off Jay sounded after the game. He clearly wants the team to give the sort of performances that they serve up away, not least because it would help boost home gates which are stuck at around two and a half thousand this season. It is starting to seem like the team are feeling under pressure to do better at home and weak finishing is not helping. Still think somebody is going to get a right tonking at the G one day, so maybe it will be Tuesday against BW? We can only hope. Coyfs!

Worth remembering that despite some of our indifferent home performances we are still at least matching, and in most cases improving on, our points return against the equivalent matches last season.
Not quite so confident that Tuesday will continue that run.

Too many people at the Gallagher predominantly, main stand don’t make noise, don’t create atmosphere. Some even moan and criticise those that try. They are better off at the library watching via the vidi printer Their moaning and negativity makes the fans around them who would make atmosphere feel too awkward to do so. Thus, a flat atmosphere at home games. Then when the team do not score as quickly / as many as desired, the booing starts and with no positivity to offset that, the team are under pressure. It is no coincidence we keep doing better away than at home.

I didn't hear any booing or moaning from the main stand. What I did hear was silence from the Genco until midway through the second half so time to get down off your high horse and stop posting your divisive rubbish about supporters.
