Some more experienced 18-21yr olds Jay??.. watched the 1st half at home as unwell to come to the ground, same old same old, hump the ball, Flisher not up to this level, Driver having a nightmare relegation becoming impossible to avoid..

OK, people are going to be even more pissed off now, but before anyone climbs on the fuckwittery bandwagon, here are a couple of suggestions. First, we have all had a shitload of negative comments over the last few weeks, so any more is not going to change anything. However, should anyone have any constructive comments, they might be welcome. Note however that 'Saunders out' is NOT constructive. It will only become constructivevif an alternative is suggested. Personally, I think we got one more point than expected over the holiday, but if anyone can suggest who both has a CV which includes avoiding relegation from Conference Premier AND is available, by all means share your wisdom. Otherwise, let Jay get on with his job. Any other comments are not only unwelcome, but will simply serve to illustrate a capacity to bullshit and little else. I will now sit back and wait for the latter, with little expectation of the former. Sigh.

This is constructive. Get rid of Rogers who is supposed to be a defensive midfielder. He did bugger all. Paxman did a much better job winning headers and tackling. Need to sign a midfielder quickly or play the new kid there. He must be better than Rogers.
We played well tonight. It was the finishing that let us down. We should of been at least two up before they scored. We need a proper finisher. Not sure what's wrong with flisher. Looks like he is struggling at this level. Come on Jay we need some new players quickly. The game against guisely is a must win.

My opinion is we desperately need those 2 or 3 experienced pros now! Second thought why is flisher never substitued?

Why is Flisher being picked above BJT he was blowing hot air from about 30 mins after kick off, yes he runs an jumps but does very little else worthy of a starting position.

I'm struggling to be positive but here goes. The biggest difference between the two sides today was Dover Athletic's clinical finishing and lady luck has not been smiling at us for a very long time.4-1 certainly flattered Dover but they deserved to win non the less. They have some class acts in the side.I thought we would take a point over Christmas, maybe picking it up at home and not at Dover was what i was expecting, but we got that point. For the rest of the season it's going to be a hard battle and if we stay up it will be as good as a promotion. If we go down we will still be playing at a decent level compared with not so long ago.Alex Flisher needs a rest or a loan move to get back his confidence.COYS !!!!

Agreed, yet we spend a lot of time practising shots in the warm ups and they seem alright then. A bit left field, but maybe we should practice less - because less is more...

The fear of relegation is in the players heads and JS has to somehow take it out and get them to ignore the league position and play a games as if they are almost one offs. Season starts here...

Ive no doubt that a confident and fit Flish can cope comfortably with this level but as has been previously said he needs a change of scene desperatly. A loan move will bring confidence and a freshness for the lad.
