So all last season you moaned about segregation in the Genco, and now you’ve got what you wanted you’re moaning about the town end. Stop bloody whining and try supporting the club for a change. The one lesson we learned from the Genco barrier was splitting a stand in half encourages crowd disorder. Recreating that in a confined space with the added delight of floor to roof metal fencing is ridiculous. What they’re doing costs more, reduces capacity where terracing was removed, but doesn’t reduce the likelihood of violence. Imagine Yeovil fans in that tiny cage, with our kids a few metres away in their own cage. I won't be moaning. I’ll be quoting this post saying “I told you so”. They’ve made a grave error. Genco now just home fans and second half yesterday it was making a difference.
Town End for away fans, what's the problem? Splitting it in two means for most games this season, home fans can have half, because few teams will bring more than a couple of hundred supporters.
Without spending big bucks, seems like a sensible solution.

If Bernie doesn't like the set up at the Town End, he should come and join the proper supporters at the Genco end.

There was a now deleted Facebook post complaining about racist and homophobic abuse from some fans in the Genco. Is this true? Would be a shame, as the support from the Genco leading up to the second goal was really good.

Would be a shame, as the support from the Genco leading up to the second goal was really good. I’ve not heard anything this season but I have heard, and reported to “security” in previous seasons. Nothing has come of it and the offenders are still there the next home game. Not worth me getting involved in so I just ignore it |

Missed the game yesterday because covid came knocking. Feels a bit retro getting it in 2024.
Can someone explain what is now in the town end and the logistics of getting into what sounds like a new away end?
