Suspended from what, Pat? The Unofficial Maidstone Supporters FB page. Someone wrote a load of nonsense about the clubs lack of responsibilities to which I replied that it wasn't the Club whom invaded the pitch, was it? So, I was banned for 7 days- Easier to leave, then it won't happen again, will it! I tried the FB group once - never again! This forum has its moments (although less so these days), but it's a haven of friendliness and sanity compared to the FB group. |

Stones 22% possession 2 shots 2 goals 0 corners 5 fouls Ipswich the rest of the possession 38 shots 13 on target 1 goal 11 corners 8 fouls Never believe statistics !!! Or: Stones 22% possession, 2 shots, 0 corners, 5 fouls - but 2 goalsIpswich 78% possession, 38 shots (13 on target), 11 corners, 8 fouls - but just 1 goalWho needs possession, corners or shots on goal, when you just score more goals?! |

All over the BBC football highlights pages, including Sweet Caroline in the changing room after the game.
Best to hope we don't try to record a pop song on that evidence though.
Our next two league matches are at home, with Yeovil on Saturday. It would be great if there was a near full house for that, to welcome the team back.

Yeah, should definitely be another TV game, so winning yesterday was worth an extra quarter of a million. Now we just need the lucky draw. 3 previous draws have been 'meh' so lets hope this time we get the mega draw to get that FA Cup money over the million pound mark, and see what the owners do with all that extra cash. Fag packet reckoning or not, we should notice some capital projects other than the pitch and the scaffolding (which Ive not yet seen but should do on Tuesday) £650k should buy a fair bit of Capital Project- I think the Genco cost £750k |
