Just got my tickets/seat confirmations online. I'd like to say it's easy, and it started off like that, but it rapidly descended into a right pain in the hbs.
I think I've done it OK, but my daughter (who was included in my 'invitation' email) seems to have a ticket to a game kicking off at 3pm! (My KO is 12:30)
In fairness, it might have been a lot easier on the PC, but on a phone it was so difficult that I nearly gave up. The problem was that when it was asking you a specific question (email address, for instance) the question obscures the rest of the screen, so you can no longer see where you are, or what to click on next. I was running on guesswork and hope most of the time!
Also, because it's done via email, you can't look at anything else on email whilst you're doing it. I needed my daughter's email address and couldn't remember it, but, because I couldn't access my email contacts, I couldn't find it! It would have been much easier if they had taken me to a separate web site.
I also had to put my own email address in at one point - even though they'd written to me on that email address!!
And, of course, you have to pay extra to buy online... It's only a little over a quid (although it's per ticket!), but this still pisses me off out of all proportion. But I'm still getting over a nasty cold, so I guess it's worth it not to have to walk down to the club ...
