Not sure I agree with all the comments about the club being toxic or rotten to the core. This seems like one man's decision and while I don't like the way it was handled we don't know the reason for it. |

Maybe George thought Ryan wasn't adding value anymore. If he wasn't making a positive contribution then he had to go.
