Not sure NLS+ is an entirely accurate assessment. I think we over achieved last season. I was expecting playoffs at best so to be champions was beyond expectations. What it shows though, is the huge effect winning has on confidence and self belief. That's why I think if we can put a half decent run together we can turn things around.

Dave - if you believe that we over achieved to be NLS champions, and that we are more at the level of the lottery of NLS playoffs, surely that actually agrees with what I am saying - i.e. that we are too good for NLS, not good enough for NL - in terms of playing squad, manager and current financial standing? 

Either way, like you, I believe that with a bit of self-belief and 100% effort in all departments, we do have the players who are capable of putting a run of better NL results together in the hope of a survival miracle to stay up. 

With all the games in hand that the teams below us have, we actually NEED to put a run together, starting Monday against Daggers.
