Accounts published. find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/company/03720814/filing-historyAny accountants care to interpret? Creditors and cash at hand went up £484,542 in one year? New pitch contingency fund? Net assets went from £509 to £167,410 liabilities? Cost of covid? Creditor amounts falling due in one year went from £298,370 to £783,272. Amounts owed to undertakings in which the company has an interest, from zero to £317,212. Is it a case of one part of the company owing money to another? I'm no expert but I think it shows why they are desperate to sell the club, financially on a downward spiral.

Oh dear oh dear are we really saying that the one thing we had going for us - financial prudence and stability - is as equally flawed as our attempts on the pitch and in the dug out to stay in NL?
Is there an accountant out there who can tell us if Ash and Casey have been porkying about keeping the finances on a sound footing or if these accounts are just fine really but just look bad to an untrained eye?
Please please let it be the latter

This is the position as at June 2022. Not including this season.

It's probably not as bad as it looks but this the price you pay for when reaching for the stars and failing to get past the ozone layer. As a club we are trying to soon to be something we are not,a professional football club.Any money coming in goes straight into the pockets of those abject failures masquerading as players leaving very little to pay for everything else. The crowds are down, beer revenue probably down as well and bills going up,up,up. We need a successful season in the NLS next year to get the crowds and money back into the club but I would rather see us have a successful season with part-time players instead of wasting a fortune on hopeless professional wannabees. We won't be the only club with financial figures looking like that but those clubs are in for a rough time and will end fighting to stay alive as well as fighting relegation, only the Sugar daddy clubs will prosper in the next few years.

Oh dear!then I say again we should not be professional as it seems since we turned pro the money coming in isn't matching the money going out and the wheels have well and truly fell off this season, still the glory hunters will continue to force the club into financial oblivion by demanding investment that we don't have.

Can understand why Manchett pulled out.. From what I am lead to believe is that under current league rules for new owners Manchett would not have been accepted because he was made bankrupt a few years ago. This sounds more plausible than he just pulled out at the last minute. I do though not know if this is what happened.

Tbh nobody has cast an expert eye over these accounts.
Its a case of the blind leading the blind.
Lets wait for a a post from somebody who really knows what he's talking about.

Lots of panic from people with no financial expertise. Let's not worry too much until we know more from someone who understands corporate finance.

Hard to tell with no turnover or profit and loss figures.
Presumably the cost of the new pitch will be depreciated over the next seven years.
