Bankers don't know that they are the the most privileged class of worker as the central banks are designed to be there to support them when their foolish behaviour has resulted in them needing rescuing.

The only bank I actually like Is Metrobank,as they are open at a time when you can actually get into there and they never try and sell you loads of products things you don't want or need. When I was taking some money out to go on holiday a couple of months ago, they let me withdraw it from my account in Euros, cutting out the trip to the bureau de change

Frost's petrol station in Burham has unleaded for £1.39 a litre and is consistently well below the supermarkets. Well worth a small detour, methinks.

How many times do you wish 'if only a policeman was there?' Well today, he was. Driving along 7 Mile Lane this morning, when a black Bentley came storming up the hill, busting a gut to make the most of the overtaking lane. Probably doing 70-75 in a 50 zone and cut in very late only to find he'd cut up a police car. Immediate blues and twos, so hopefully they got him. Complete fuckwit and loser on every level Roads flooded everywhere and saw several cars with flat tyres having hit wheel busting potholes too.

All the losers going to Bluewater. Happens every time each year, with queues in each direction from the M25 and way beyond the bottom of Pepper Hill. I can think of many other things to do...

Here my New Year's Resolution for the government; Instead of saying how much money you are (allegedly) spending, tell us what the IMPACT of your measures and spending have been.
Trolling out the same old gobshite about billions going on this and that is simply not good enough. Whether it is actually doing any good is what matters and thus far I can't see very much that is making any difference.

Not having to register for one-off online purchases. The most annoying one is away supporters having to register to buy tickets. Every site should have a checkout as guest option.

Potholes!
Though maybe that should come under big things that make a difference. Add in the litter and Kent's roads are not just a disgrace, they are downright dangerous. That recent cold spell has caused the break up of quite large areas which were already on the brink - Aylesford High Street, Tracy Crouch - but it is potholes full of water that are absolute tyre, wheel and suspension breakers. Near the recycling centre on the A228 going towards Cuxton, there a pothole better described as a trench. It must be 20feet long, a foot wide and six inches deep. Extract the digit, Kent Highways and fill them in properly too. Half the repairs I see have broken up again with a few weeks.

To many white van drivers and tailgaters everywhere. Have you noticed that NOBODY goes faster when you drive right behind us? Indeed, if they are like me, we actually go slower, just to spite you, so back off and lower your stress levels because you will still get there in exactly the same time and maybe actually less.

A big thank you to B&Q this morning for sorting out an overpayment I made for fencing yesterday. My fault, not theirs and it was over £100. Good things do sometimes come from Gillingham!

A Southeastern trains info worker at Tonbridge would be useful, with no electronic boards working I asked the guy at the info desk if the next train was to Sandwich he replied " don't know mate ,where's Sandwich anyway?"

As I was getting on the bus the other day,a little f**ker* tried squeezing past me,so I gave him a gentle but firm shove,he soon backed off then!
