Things have looked up slightly because there's seen a possibility of us either staying in a customs union or not leaving at all. Only a Brexiteer could attempt to claim a success before Brexits happened! Only a remainer can see defeat before it has happened. You must have really enjoyed this season knowing that our team went out there every game without a genuine thought of winning and not even trying. Maidstone United fc a team of remainers except we didnt did we ,we fell flat on our arse ,cowards to a man and that is an insult to men. |

It's NOT about accepting defeat if that was true I would have accepted the outcome of the referendum. It's about not throwing away the benefits of E.U membership for a mythical benefit as real as a unicorn. If you buy an empty box is doesn't matter how shiny it is it's still an empty box and in essence that is what Brexit is. I'm no coward if I was I would not bother arguing the point and not be willing to accept all the crap that comes my way including abuse from many keyboard warriors for defending my right to free speech and entitlement To my opinion, which I'm pleased to say is backed up by more than dragons, unicorns and blinkered closed minded people. It's a classic response to deflect the argument onto the personal when you don't have enough facts to back up a point of view. Like many you either allow your heart to rule your head or playing Russian roulette with the nation's future. I have had all the comments before about being a coward or a quisling to be perfectly honest I don't care what you think of me I care about this country it's place in the world and it's standing. Brexit will diminish us globally and it's being dresses up by you guys as some act of patriotism. So in essence what you are saying is that you are being brave (as someone who no doubt owns their own home and has an adequate pension and is unlikely to have to suffer the consequences of your decision) while you are in the doorway of a perfectly good plane handing out parachutes to others telling them to jump and hoping they open before they hit the ground 18 months ago I was given a choice ,I could move to a small but adequate flat in a dodgy council estate in Tonbridge or I could live on the streets. I am £27,143 in debt and I have a number of pensions that I am unlikely to live long enough to receive them and trust me if I was on that plane I would be the first out of that door and I wouldn't bother with the parachute . In 6 days time I will find out whether I have any kind of life to look forward to ,if the answer is yes then all well and good but if the answer is no then perhaps you can give me a lift to the airport,no need to make room for luggage .The country you seem to love so much has done this to me and I am luckier than others maybe just maybe Brexit is the answer,I don't know and neither do you |
