On the subject of Solihull, I'd say even if they don't quite make the ground grading they should stay up (if not bottom 4). They've made a clear effort to try and improve the ground, and from what I hear it's no worse than the likes of Woking and BW's grounds. Those 2 grounds are by far better than Solihull's ground. In Woking's case their ground is up to football league standard.

Cant believe that Solihull were allowed in the National League with that ground.

With the addition of the Springfield End Solihull probably make the capacity/cover/seats requirement, and there are many requirements we don't see e.g dressing rooms, showers etc.
And as someone who has seen a shed full of games at Kingfield (including one against Premier League opposition)I can echo that it is well up to Football League standards

Cant believe that Solihull were allowed in the National League with that ground. We all need a minimum capacity of 4000 with 1800 undercover and minimum of 700 seats. Also a minimum of eight turnstiles and eight wheelchair place's and the ability to fully segregate with toilets and catering in a area fit for a minimum of 700 away fans with and a minimum of 14 away seats. Although Solihull are not there yet thay can't be that far away.

I suppose if you consider a large piece of flapping tarpaulin over temporary style seating as "under cover" then maybe they are not far away in the spirit of undercover seating. A bit like Truro of Whitehawk but with tarpaulin covering. Nothing at all like Woking or BW.

I would take Truro's ground over Solihull's any day of the week

Apologies if it has been posted/answered before but I saw a post somewhere that had a photo of the old stand/terrace from the Springfield End at another club. I did ask the question at the time where it was but don't think there was an answer...
Anyone know who's got it now??

If was my decision I'd paint them only when they began to look tired in the future, rather than spending unnecessarily now. Only my opinion dear fellow.

Can't believe you still can't see the goal because of those oversized advertising hoardings. Maybe they should keep them at least people will be safe from flying balls when the team are warming up Yes we can't hit a barn door with a banjo.

Why doesn't the main stand have advertising across the top like the new stand will?
Right opposite the cameras - club missing a good earner?
