I read somewhere (maybe several pages back!) that under the stand will not be built in yet. Expect portakabins and temporary loos to begin with. I wonder if any land will become available to buy when Springfield is redeveloped. This is what T&O said at the supporters' meeting (but not the bit about buying land!). Money is very tight, but they wanted to build a proper stand - which means nothing underneath it for now. So, presumably, those 'exits' are for the future - I can't see any point in them at the moment, as fans will simply leave via the front of the stand, as per the main stand and the TE. Presumably even if it is only portacabins you will still need access to the area behind the stand to access them.

I suspect the rear will be closed off with perimeter fencing and hard standing/tarmac underneath to accomodate temporary toilets and refreshment facilities until such time as thd club can afford to build the permanent ones

Why not just walk round the back? How do you know it will be accessible? How do you know it won't be? There's masses of room behind the stand.

Anyone would think you don't like the design. I'm not arguing about it - I asked a question and I am now answering your replies. I am not nws! You could be right - that the 'tunnels' are designed for access to the underneath/back of the stand. But, given that they take up valuable standing/seated room, they seem a bit overkill, as there appears to be plenty of room to walk round the back of the stand (as per the TE). Hence my suggestions that they might be 'future proofing' - for when there is something 'inside' the stand - or maybe, because of it's size, they are required for H&S reasons for rapid evacuation.

Yes they are future proofing and remember when the stand was initially planned there was going to be food outlets and toilets under the stand, not sure how they are taking up valuable standing / seating space, the stand was designed with the agreed capacity

Thought this was the most relevant feed to ask the question and apologies if it's already been asked, but...
Have North Ferriby and Solihull Moors developed their grounds and increased their capacity enough for the national league and if not does that mean they are automatically relegated?
