At the risk of repeating myself, current Forest Green Rovers manager Mark Cooper In a Stones shirt On trial in the summer of 1989, the venue is Treyew Road, Truro So both Mark Coopers played for the Stones around the same time(ish).I remember the Mark Cooper we had on loan from Cambridge United.OK player who came back to London Road the following season with his Cambridge side and got dumped out of the FA Cup courtesy of Steve Galloways late goal.

Funny team. Doesn't appear to have the following to be a football league club. As admirable as a self sustaining ground with no eco footprint and no meat on the menu is (blah blah blah), you can't help but feel it's alienating casual fans, especially with Cheltenham, Bristol and Swindon all with in driving distance for those who want a chicken balti pie. Surely it's balls to the wall for them now - having invested so much, surely it's now or never for them to get into the FL or they're going to be in deep water financially.

Huge loss for Dover. A lot of people rate him as one of the best defenders in the league.

I'd say they are already in trouble. If they do get promotion they'll fall under the Financial Fair Play rules and unless they get a huge bona-fide sponsorship deal or have a huge increase in gate income they'll struggle to stay within the FFP rules.

Lincolns got to be one of the away days i'm looking forward to the most - that stadium looks great and the town looks ideal for a weekend away. Yes please!

Was a regular starter for Plymouth, Sheffield Wednesday and Coventry....never played below league 1 till now. Eastleigh must of offered some serious money to get him to drop from league 1 into non league.
