More likely unlikely to have been spoken to. ( No connection to the area or to Jay ) So Jay has never signed Essex based players? we are playing with bigger fishes now so that type of mentality should be a thing of the past, but would concede training 3 nights a week is going to make it difficult to bring in players outside Kent/ South London. If Lee Barnard is Essex based, he had a long commute to West Sussex to train and play. |

You can also comment on possibly 6 teams being in the play-offs. Personally I feel Wembley is a bit OTT for NLN & NLS and a long way for the N to come. A decent league ground in N & S would be better IMO. Doubtful about 6 team play-offs.

Yeah Wembley may be a bit OTT for North and South finals, but a decent league ground would be attractive, it certainly would have solved all the issues we had this season against Ebbsfleet. I quite like the idea of the 6 team finish though, 2nd and 3rd straight into a home semi, all games are one-off so no dead rubbers like you can get in a 2-leg semi, bit like ours against Truro. |
