A very entertaining 0-0 though I think Wood were hard done by with the first disallowed goal but hey its one up the arse for Danny (f**k everyone but me) Hunter and it couldn't happen to a more deserving bloke. If ever there was a team I'd rather see go down than Fleet, that was it! Odd though, if we stay in the NS, we won't be playing Fleet or Dartford.

In this case, they really should have given the team in 4th (Altrincham) a bye instead of 5th place Solihull.

Should just put Aldershot into the playoffs instead.

Wow. Slightly ironic though, as we have moaned and campaigned for years about financial security in football. And here the authorities are, actually doing what we asked (if slightly OTT)!
As someone once sang "suck it up, buttercup"...

Should just put Aldershot into the playoffs instead. I'd be TOTALLY pissed off, were I a Shots fan!

I wonder if we can persuade the NL to regard Chelmsford, Braintree, Worthing, Bath and Aveley's grounds as not up to NL standards?
Shouldn't be too difficult where Braintree's is concerned!

Not only do Solihull gain instead of Altringham but Barnet have to play a team that haven’t had a midweek eliminator. It’s a mess

We got denied the opportunity to go up in 2001 because we didn't have security of tenure at Sittingbourne

I believe that all meet the minimum requirement for promotion and must satisfy all other criteria after their first season or face automatic relegation. Pretty sure we still had work to do in our first season to be allowed to stay up.
