I'm not normally pessimistic, but I think anyone who thinks we are good enough to hold a candle to Dulwich on current form is obviously not watching the same team. We may be top, but Dulwich have three in hand, even if they only win two, then they will be four clear. They could then even afford to lose to us and still be in control of the league. That also assumes we will win every other game until the end of the season, and we still have some tough games ahead.
Anyway, the Chairmen have made it clear on numerous occasions that they expect us to be Champions, which looks a long way off at the moment. As for saying you can't steamroller this league, I recall Dover, Dartford and AFC Wimbledon making short work of this league in recent seasons....

Get behind the team, get behind the management and see where we are at the end of the season, calling for jay to be sacked is ridiculous and over dramatic, it would make no difference to the outcome of this season, we go to watch the team to support them win, lose or draw, yes we want better performances and want to be entertained but lets be realistic.

Totally danstone. Lets get behind Jay and the lads, yes we are on a bad run atm, so they need our support even more. What a ridiculous thread this is

Jay's analysis of poor performances seems pretty accurate to be fair although some of his decisions lead to the problems he then has to explain. On balance, knee-jerk reactions are a bad thing and most teams go through poor runs of form at some point in a season. One observation is that he might like to take a close look at the warm-ups as they have dropped massively in focus and intensity of late. I don't think it's a coincidence that we then start sluggishly. Let's see where we are at the end of the season.

Seriously, Saunders out Get a grip. Alright we've hit a bad patch but there are 21 other teams in the Ryman South that would kill to be in our position. Top by 2pts and with a better GD. With Dulwich still to play this is far from over.

Changeing the management now probably isn't going to help this season. Granted winning the tittle is slipping away ,but now it's important to start playing well and going into the play offs with confidence . So doubly important to get behind the team now.. BUT not sure jay is the man to take us further .. With such a big job , perhaps someone with experience would be better I'm sure many would be interested..

Omfg is the person who started this thread Russian? A Chelsea fan? Or just simply bloody inbred if we don't get promoted I'd still prefer to see jay still as manager and hopefully these so call SUPPORTERS will drop off what a perfetic excuse of a supporter! Sounds like a leatherhead wall is a better support than some of these lot. For god sake half our 1st team is injured and not match fit jay is making do with what he,s got which isn't the best atm admittinly yes he could be doing better but so can we as fans! The bloke is still learning lets just see the end result and what we,ll be saying then COME ON YOU STONES!!!!!

Jay just needs some help during games ( ref my earlier Pouton comment lost amongst the wave of shite on here ). You can't expect Jay to come up with the answers alone on the touchline stroking his chin.....................

For someone that is still new and learning to management he has us at the top of the league and brought in some great players yes they are not playing the best at moment but we have all seen what they are capable of,jay and the team want promotion as much as we we all do so get behind them!!

We currently have a team full of individuals, who for some reason suffer stage fright everytime they play at home, I think its crazy to be talking about sacking Jay, he has got us to the top of the division and yes we are having a bit of a wobble at the moment, but in all honesty Dulwich are on one hell of a run and if they keep the run up and win the league they fully deserve it, in my humble opinion i thought Steve Watts was pure class yesterday and didnt freeze when he got the ball, he always managed to pick out a team mate unlike the rest of the team who seem to be struggling to put 2 passes together, one final opinion is we should start with Draycott and King up front when we play Herne Bay, both have a bit of pace

phfffff what a load of garbage. Team out of form, most injured or just back from injury and some idiot wants Jay out Don't want to see barking bulldog Lloyd back in charge. Just a fit team would be nice and not hoofing it up front every chance they get.

I can't believe some of the hysterical comments on this thread. Top of the league after two thirds of the season, two defeats in the last 25 league games, and the manager should get the boot! Hilarious! That makes sacking Adkins & Di Matteo look justified..

Yeah agree with Toon, Boothy was well off the pace yesterday and Shaun looked very tired he has been working his socks off since August though. A bit of squad rotation up front wouldn't go a miss and would maybe give us that little spark we need. Lets stop this nonsense talk of Saunders out now and get behind the boys for the final push over the finish line! Tally ho chaps!
