For all our success this season, recent postings across a number of threads indicate more than a degrees of dissatisfaction with the way the Club is conducting itself. Maybe a hat is also reflected in reduced gates too? Either way, it is something that has been rumbling on for too long now and will certainly need addressing should be getting promotion.

So, Corne gets two in the first fifteen and fails miserably in the next 75 to get his hat trick. Needs to speak with Lamar, to find out how it's done.😇 Looked very comfortable, if not very exciting, again. Two more like that and then the playoffs.

Seem to remember Jay had little in the way of additional coaching staff when we first went into the NL - something club appear to have learned from. Essential even in the NS now.

With play off place assured, wonder how things will pan out this evening? Places very much up for grabs as players return from om injury and, you'd think, be angling for a new contract next season - whether here or somewhere else. Weymouth comfortably mid table. Their recent away form is 2-2-2, scoring four and conceding three, so not exactly what exciting then, but neither are we. Another 1-0? Maybe. Results matter most at this stage of the season, plus we need to avoid injuries and suspensions too. Team George very much defensively minded it seems. Just hope it is not a repeat of that Weston game.

While Yeovil (allegedly) have the structures in place to go up and (maybe) survive, can't help wondering about all of the teams in the playoffs, us included. Know little about the financial health of the others, or indeed whether their grounds pass muster for the NL, but overall, if it ain't Maidstone getting promoted, can't see the others surviving either without a big cash injection from somewhere. It is that sort of league.

Weymouth, Truro and Hampton left for us then. Our last ten games have yielded 23 points, in our last six, we have let in just two goals. Can we keep it up? If not, our away form is still better than home, but it would be so much nicer to do it all at the G.

Real thumping header and two excellent saves from their keeper. Farnborough certainly pressed us more than most of late and coping with that bodes well for the play offs.

Great effort again, by the sound of it. Nice for Rafe to score too. Add in the number of games in recent days and all very positive at the moment.

Had to laugh (ok, nearly cried too) at the Tory party political broadcast the other night The claim was that Tory councils are better at dealing with litter and fly tipping than Labour. They've clearly not been Kent then.

Apart from a slightly tense in jury time, we looked in control - another game where Lucas had little to do other than tidying up. Unusual goal from Mo, with the ball behind him, he sort of scissor kick/back heels a volley. Not that many clear cut chances from what I could see, but certainly deserved to win.

On a good run of form at the moment, though actually better away than home of late. The former includes five on the bounce at Tonbridge, WSM, Dover, Worthing and Bath -all decent scalps in their own way. Just one home match in the midst of these a 3-1 win over Aveley. Before that, there were three home games: 1-0 over Welling, 1-3 to Yeovil and 1-1 Chelmsford. Overall then, good but not invincible. Our away from was boosted by Eastbourne's implosion last Friday but stats suggest a draw, maybe?

Taunton and Truro may have fixture backlogs, but neither have helped us either. Friday, Monday, Wednesday, Saturday, Tuesday, Saturday - six games in 15 days from Good Friday.
