So, what are our chances? Win 4-0 away, but this is the league and Eastleigh will want the points more than us now. You'd hope we'd be playing for pride if nothing else now and also if they want people to come in numbers for our remaining home games. Really wouldn't be surprised if we lost again, I'm afraid, but would be SO happy to be proved wrong. The season is long dead, but that doesn't mean we can't piss on a few parades along the way. COYS - please.

A tight game with the Stones winning 1-0. Hopefully the start of 3 home wins on the trot. Unlikely but you never know.

I'm in London for work tomorrow and don't know if I can be bothered to slog back in a rush after the trek up to Oldham on Saturday. Can't see us winning this one, in all honesty.
Fingers crossed we can do the double over them but I can't see it happening.

Bright start, but am afraid that the floodlights are not helping the TV streaming as it looks like we are playing in fog. The camera needs a hood to limit the glare - or a lense clean, or both.

And there we go, the lense has a clean, but to no effect. The view of both penalty areas is terrible, because of the glare.

Well that was coming I'm afraid. Eastleigh have gradually come into the game and/or Stones have faded. We don't clear our lines and it's a soft goal. Alabi seems to be playing centre forward and Barham is on the right wing. Alabi looks very ineffective and for all our effort, it currently looks like another loss. Shake them up George.

At least the picture has improved, though our final ball has not. Attendance given as 1463 and as that includes all season ticket holders, suspect the real figure is not much more than an a thousand.

That's more like it. Well done Jack.

Bollocks. Could have, should have been 3-1 up, but an absolute screamer gives Eastleigh the lead out of absolutely nothing.

Crap defending, again. 1-3 100 goals here we come.

And Booty misses his first penalty to complete the misery.

11 defeats in our last 12 league games, last time we won a league game was in November.

At least we gave it a go, but undone by two soft goals and one screamer. A missed penalty, a missed sitter from JBW, Deacon hitting post, plus several other chances. Could have, should have won. Wanju-Smith has to start on Saturday, instead of Alabi.

But, but, all we needed to do was sack Hakan and everything would be fine.

It was a funny game. Even until Eastleigh played their way into it and they deserved their HT lead.
Second half was funny. I’ve not seen a team defend as badly as Eastleigh did since Eastleigh in the Trophy and us most of the time. They couldn’t deal with simple balls over the top and we should have scored a few more.
Then good old shambolic Maidstone defending was there for all to see. Just couldn’t handle balls in the air.
Sol looks good. Alabi looks finished. Deacon looked out only option at times.
Not sure the Players have given up as suggested elsewhere. The whole club, the fans, the lack of ambition to try and stay up, the weakening of the squad, all just smacks of apathy. I think it’s finally reached the players.
The writing is on the wall. The fat lady has sung. You have to laugh.
Poor old George is on a hiding to nothing. No-one could manage this situation positively. I just hope he doesn’t take it to heart. The silence from the top of the club is deafening. I’m am their biggest supporter but we need some communication,
