Well done both sides for getting teams out despite covid.

Well it's been raining most of the night and non stop this morning.
Hopefully the Tonbridge pitch drains well or it could be a shade on the soft and slippery side.

I am told be an Angels supporter that the pitch is looking good and will be perfect for the derby match. The club has apparently sorted the drainage problems so looking forward to a good, competitive match.

I think our players will need to have grown webbed feet over xmas. The playing surface likely to be a challenge. Whatever, predicting a Stones win.

With Hamlet, Ebbsfleet and Dartford all out of action, it's a great chance to boost our title hopes.

Reports are coming in that you can barely see the pitch for ducks at present.
Apparently they are loving it.
Could be interesting.

Stones Live are broadcasting but they seem to be stuck in a loop, as they repeatedly discuss whether Pattison or Hoyte committed a foul! According to Stones twitter we are 1-0 up (Phillips).

That was hard fought. Much the better side first half and we’ll battled when Tonbridge had their good spell (a lot of the second half).
You can kind of see why Tonbridge are struggling but they look better then their league position.
Two clean sheets in a row.

Very good result today against a battling Tonbridge Angels.
Spec convincing were George Fowler and Joe Ellul at the back, looking properly composed and steady.
Michael Phillip's scoring a nice one again, this time with his feet, what's there not to like.
First half the Stones looked well in control without creating too much.
Second half Tonbridge def shaded the midfield battle but the defence held firm.
Hadler looks a safe pair of hands again.
A sweet 3 points, let's keep in this roll !

A hard fought, gutsy performance, playing on a slippery and grungy surface. Another good effort from Michael Phillip's who a month ago could hardly get a look in. Just shows you have to take your chances when they come along. Agree about our centre back pairing, looking good. In fact the whole defence is looking very sound these days with Hadler deservedly hanging on to his keeper's slot. Getting very tight near the top, so much to play for now.
