If Coker is fit he has to play on Saturday. Get wraight and Richards in the team. DSY or Loza can’t hit a barn door at the mo. Jay needs to change it up as like someone said 2 wins in 23 should be getting managers sacked. Stop playing the same players who have got us into this mess. Be interesting to hear Jays excuses after today’s game. Prob say the same thing that strikers didn’t take their chances. Well they haven’t taken their chances all season and you still keep bloody playing them.

Top scorers list not quite as it seems - take into account minutes on pitch and you get this:
(12 Joe Pigott 223) (7 Zavon Hines 231) 3 Ross Lafayette 247 (1 Aaron Collins 258)
(2 Johan ter Horst 391) 1 Jack Richards 395
5 Alex Wynter 637
1 Blair Turgott 726 3 Delano Sam-Yorke 760 1 Tom Wraight 794
4 Stuart Lewis 805 2 Alex Finney 852 3 Jai Reason 998
(2 Magnus Okuonghae 1022) 2 Josh Hare 1025 1 Jack Paxman 1037
1 Jamar Loza 1291
2 Joe Anderson 1619
(Goals scored/player/minutes per goal)
On that basis we should be playing Lafayette and Richards up front - and we shouldn't have let ter Horst go!

Just come back from watching Macclesfield v Chester game and even though they lost have to say Chester played better than I expected and could have easliy earned a draw.
Even though Chester will probably be relegated by then if they play like they did today the Stones will have to play better than they are doing to get the win they will probably need to stay in the National league next season.

He gives Delano 74 minutes with f**k All Response from him yet again. It's a fuckin joke he's anywhere near this league. Totally agree to stick wynter up front he's more chance of baging a few goals! While I agree we carry no threat up front, DSY worked his butt off for the team today. It is Turgott's role I query, he was woeful until DSY went off and he moved into the middle, then he started playing well - and got subbed. And it does appear that most chances fall to Wynter, but he's not a forward, and as against Hartlepool, he skied the best one. And we didn't have any luck today, as we haven't for ages, is this going to change before the end of the season? They say that luck evens itself out over a season, so it's got some way to go to achieve this for us!

Perhaps we need DSY at centre back and Wynter at centre forward? I am actually serious about this... You are a day late for April fools

We've played DSY in that role many times before this it DOSENT work !!! The first half was bloody awful no quality whatsoever , we can't just play for 15 minutes in games and expect results .
Poor from the manager today in team set up and his interview worries me more !
Jai Reason has had 2 shockers on the trot now
We're in deep trouble if we loose Saturday
Very concerning

From their fans forum just now "Hope that lot go down, from what I saw of them today their fans are a classless bunch. In a way I can understand why we were moved out of the TBS as there would have been a fair chance of trouble". How can someone from Dagenham come out with such a statement lol?!

How is wraight left out of the squad but DSY can play every game and do bugger all? Get wraight up top in his favoured position and see what he can do. He wins more headers than anyone else. Jay has lost the plot as no one would play a striker with one league goal all season and doesn’t look like scoring either.

Today a lot of huffing and puffing and no end product, DandR get in our box and score, similar to Hartlepool.

Well this forum is all about opinions and imo Jay gave a very fair and accurate summing up of the march as well as analysing the team failings. Interesting he says that Will was a big miss today and he doesn't think we would have conceded 2 goals if he had been fit which is a valid point. With luck he will be back for Saturday Also a glimmer of hope that Coker will be available. We could certainly do with a new face up front. On a pretty depressing day I felt there were two very decent performances firstly by Seth, but also by Michael Phillips, who worked hard and looks a class act.

Sad to say, survival is no longer in our own hands, apart from trying to stay ahead of Woking. Solihull win their game in hand and beat us and they go ahead on points. Likewise if Barrow win their two. Unlikely, but very worrying. Daft as it may seem, Wynter up front is not the worst idea and am thinking Twumasi could do just as well as Loza on the wing. Given we have spare defenders who have actually scored (Anderson and Hare as well), would a complete shake up create something? Ok, probably not. However, not sure what the point is of playing Turgott, Lorza or Sam Yorke, when they have sod all goals between them (and really don't look like scoring either) - unless of course Richards, Paxman, Wraight, Orsei and Coker are even worse in training? Personally, there seems nothing to lose in dropping all three for the rest of the season and giving others a go. They can't be any worse! Guiseley will play as free spirits next Saturday, Fylde won't fear coming here, Solihull will certainly be up for it and Chester have nothing to lose. That leaves Halifax on the last day of the season, by which time it really could be a must win to stay up. Solihull’s game in hand is against Tranmere

Something has to change up front. I am not saying Luer is going to suddenly bang the goals in but after he came on he looked like he knew which area to get into to poach a goal. I never feel that with DSY or even Lafayette to a lesser extent. Think it is time to give players like wraight Coker and Richards a go too because at the moment it just ain’t working!
