The highlight of my day was getting on the coach at the last minute and winning £20 on the raffle !. The match on a whole reflected in the 2 teams having a bit of a hard time scoring or winning matches of late and to be fair we rode our luck a bit. The defence was under the cosh but dealt as best they could. Up front both teams missed good chances and for us at times it felt like last season when we couldn't see where our next win or goal would come from. I apologise in advance if my comments are somewhat downbeat. Exciting matches coming up over the next few weeks , would it be too much to expect a bit more value for money and a return to winning ways. Merry Christmas to all.

As the scoreline shows it was not the most exciting game I have ever seen, but so nice to keep a clean sheet, both teams could of won it, still amazed by Worgans save to keep us in it, but having said that from my view it looked like Lewis had won a penalty, but the man in charge said no. So on wards an up wards, we live to fight another day, a good turn out for us considering the time of year as well.

Can't wait to see the highlights both sides had good shouts for penaltys. And to see if Worgan save was really as brilliant as it looked. My Motm Piggott..

Overall I thought Maidenhead shaded the game but we had slightly the better chances so a draw was a fair result. Very subdued atmosphere from our lot and it was defo a penalty for us at the end.

No surprise really, as they've draw seven out of their last 10 games! Stones Live were very impressed with their defence.
Got very confusing with Massey and Twumasi both playing too!

We just don't score enough goals. It's been a while since one of our strikers scored a goal.

We looked a lot more dangerous when Loza came on..surely he must be ready for a start? Worgs immense as always. Defence solid. Chips were best so far this season.

So 0-0. Stops the rot. It sounds very unenthralling and unenticing. Was it as bad as it sounds? At the risk of repeating stuff said up thread, here follows the mini porkystone match summary ( ? the piglet report ? ): First Half: Dire, Piss Poor. Second Half: Worgs made save of the century, we made a couple of changes which together with, I'm guessing, a bollocking at half time lead to a much better finish - we could have won it easily IMHO. Lewis penalty ?, not from where I was sitting. Crowd: Really poor, no atmosphere, no singing. By the way, how cold was that !?!

Not quite as bad as Herne Bay's result!

Not quite as bad as Herne Bay's result! But Phoenix Sport are an awesome side. Herne Bay's match report blames the cold & Christmas shopping for and all time low gate of 154. ( nothing about 5 games without a win ).

At least we chalked a point on the board after the recent run of defeats
