So 2 days to go, looks like we will cheered on by about 1500 supporters which is a great effort, hoping we are at our best on the day so going for 1-1 with 5200 in attendance.

Bloody impressive stadium. They may only be L1, but this is going to be like going to a Premier club. I think Vicarage Road must be the biggest stadium I've been to with Maidstone, but this beats that easily (even with all the improvements at Vicarage Road, SMKD still has a bigger capacity). Just hope it doesn't intimidate the players! Could feel a bit empty though. Their average home attendance is nearly 8,000, assuming they'll get a smaller turnout because it's 'only' us, let's say 5,000 + 1,500 from us, that's only just over 20% of capacity - 24,000 empty seats!

Very sad that there are these stadiums unoccupied to this extent on a weekly basis. Hopefully the travelling fans can wake the place up

All I can say is that those 24.000 odd empty seats will leave the world of football poorer for not witnessing the Mighty Stones winning this FA Cup match against a team 2 level higher than them and putting us in the next round with a Premier League side as reward. Terry & Oliver , you've read it here first ! ... Start drawing the plans for the next phase of expansion of the Gallagher Stadium. COYS ! Let's make our club proud by carrying on with the tradition that some of us know so well on our travels by singing and cheering our team to victory. Amen

Hi All,
Can anyone tell me which is the nearest station in Milton Keynes to their ground?
(I'm hoping to make a rare trip up by train)
Thanks!

Hi All, Can anyone tell me which is the nearest station in Milton Keynes to their ground? (I'm hoping to make a rare trip up by train) Thanks! Bletchley is much closer that MK Central (25 min walk?). Fenny Stratford is probably the nearest station (20 mins walk?), and apparently the best for local pubs/food (bars near the actual ground don't serve away supporters), but it's not on the main line, so you probably have to change at Bletchley.

Looks good, this bit did make me chuckle.
"All fans are searched on entering the stadium and flags are not allowed in unless they come with their fire certificate!"
So think about those flags if your'e thinking of taking them
