So after the excitement of Wednesday night ha ha it's back to league action at Tranmere on Saturday, we will have a few players back from suspension so hopefully can keep our excellent away form going, a hard fought 1-0 win would do nicely.

However, back in the real world, probably coming back with at least a point wouldn't be 'bad'.

What did you do Wednesday night then? Went to the council meeting, it was like a long drawn out 1-0 win.

We badly need a win, hopefully not a 'lucky early goal, followed by 80 minutes of last ditch defending' one.
Don't want to go to MKD on the back of a soft draw to the bottom club, a 4-0 home tonking, and then the end of our away winning run...

Actually there's anecdotal evidence that a show of support can be helpful in changing people's minds, so while it's true the result may have been the same it's not certain.

Expecting little in the hope of being pleasantly surprised. Not the end of the world if we come back with nothing, though a strong performance would certainly be a start.

I think due to our away form and Tranmeres collapse from last season hoping for a 2-1 victory and 67 maidstone fans in attendance

Make that 69 as myself and my son in law are now going to Tranmere as our original trip with wives to Chatsworth to see the Christmas market has been cancelled as road from Macclesfield to Buxton is closed because of snow !! Hoping to see a Stones win as Tranmere also have their injury problems plus two players suspended.

I think after the last two games we badly need a win. Despite our away form unless there's big changes I think Tranmere will win 2-1
