Really disappointing first half display, we were fortunate to be only one goal down at the break but what a turn-around and yes Hines played an important part, but we were much better all over the park disagree totally with rockstar's comments on DSY, he is still a very good player, works hard and performs well over 90 minutes missing goals for sure, but nothing wrong with his form and confident enough that the goals will follow soon hard to believe that Wraight will keep his place in the starting line-up on Monday over Hines, who seems to offer so much more defence as a whole looking pretty sound and they needed to be near their best today, particularly first 45 nice to see pax returning, playing well and scoring a great goal - half decent effort by the Pig as well !

First half we were poor, when pax and Hines came on the game changed , a little bit of class. Defence looked ok, nice to see us for a change having 3 chances and scoring all of them. A great 3 points, but I can't help thinking why Wraight starts? Good to see pigs score, my only criticism of him is he goes down too easy in challenges, needs to be a bit stronger.

We were, I agree, I disagree, I disagree,no he isn't, I disagree, I disagree, Jays management > yours, it's a squad game, maybe good changes Look what happens when you have more creative players on the pitch. Why can't we start like it. In Saunders we trust. 3 in 5 promotions and a solid start to this system all things being equal. First half dire, second a polar opposite

Decent game of football on a dam hot day, a tale of two halves really. First half we were awful. Created nothing, went long all the time and over run in midfield. Second half - from the moment Hines came on it was a different game. We looked really decent going forwards, players making runs, intricate passing in the final third and two cracking goals. We shouldn't be scared away from home. These tactics of playing solid players rather than creative is holding us back. Agree add, but also fair to note that prior to the substitutions the team that started the game came out much improved

If piggott went down easly today then Suttons Nrs 16,2, 22 defy the laws of gravity. I think the wind locally changed direction at one point and bailey went down like a sac of spuds

Thought it was a poor first half today Reason i thought had a solid game,Wraight i thought was more deployed in a defensive role today which does not really suit him. Personally the player that was dissapointing today was Prestedge think he is a long way off form of last season.Hines was quality when he came on and imo was difference between the two teams.

Several times DSY won the ball and held it up but wraight and piggott were not far enough forward to either run on to a knock down or help entertain the challenging Sutton players. I would rather see DSY play though the middle rather than out right

Let's not forget we've got 2 games in 3 days. Jay obviously want to use the squad to try and keep them fresh, plus which Hines is still not match fit and may not be ready for 90 minutes just yet. At the end of the day we won and four of today's participants had a bit of rest ready for Monday.

Actually, although Paxman in particular did play well I think some of you are overstating the importance of their being introduced. In reality we were in total control from the moment the second half kicked off. The turnaround was quite astonishing really. Sutton need to ask themselves how they allowed that to happen but that's their problem. All three goals were brilliantly taken - looking forward to seeing them again on the highlights

Well that really was the proverbial game of two halves, although we had signs of improvement in the last 10 before half time. We looked stronger and fitter second half in hot conditions, I wonder if those extra training sessions paid dividends today? Anyway a very welcome 3 points, so we replace one league leader for another Monday, nice easy August!

If that is true of Hines Dave then I would rather see him start on Monday rather than sit on the bench, he played against Tonbridge last week and again today so cannot be that far off fitness.

He could start wraight on Monday (even though we all know wraight is totally gash at the moment) and have Hines come on as an good impact sub, he's very good at drawing fouls, most defenders will panic against him. It will be interesting to see if he still keeps the same midfield 3 because all of them are too defensive and do the same job as workhorses. In my opinion it's way unbalanced, maybe Paxman will have to start against Dagenham and one of the 3 miss out. Paxman rarely has started this season so far. Today he made a difference and scored.

Second half Lewis took the game by the scruff of the neck. Sutton could never keep the ball after that Lewis was so so dominant controling the middle with an unbelievable workrate..

I can see the point in two defensive midfielders if we're playing 5 across the middle but otherwise its a useless exercise. Can we get away with playing 3 at the back?
