Lokko played really well last night and easy to think Magnus should play on Saturday. However, we don't know what is going on in training and can only assume others are not impressing enough yet. Agreed.
That said, there appears to be real quality warming the bench and often not even getting a kick. BJT, McCarthy, Magnus, etc. Jay can be a bit reluctant to use all his sub's at times, especially early enough, so with so many games in a short time, that will become ever more important. Agreed - a lot of chin scratching. Would not be surprised to see Flisher start on Saturday (looking a lot fitter now) and much as I like Loza, is his final ball as good as BJT's? Jamar has the pace and ability to do extra special things ( goal @ Dover, MOM v Southport etc. , a certain starter for me ).
A bit of both maybe? Of the middle three, all run their socks off, but Paxman the one usually subbed. Not quite as much stamina yet? Who'd be a manager? Absolutely agree.

Baffled by the crowd numbers though - I can't understand how there were less people in the ground tonight than the last few home games! There weren't. The last few home games have hovered around the 2300 mark, last night's attendance was 2929.

Just voted for Prestedge as MOTM. I thought that Oakley looked very ordinary; I'll be surprised if he's in the starting line-up on Saturday.

At the start Sutton looked a class act and we looked like a side that had not played on an artificial surface before, but as soon as the lads got more confidence in the second half the game improved and I really enjoyed it. Loza was my choice for MOM but several others put in a goog shift last night and we could have walked away wih 3 points. Loved the view from the new stand and it was great to see Oliver in it for the first half, everyone should be really pleased with what has been achieved at this club. Great crowd for a cold Tuesday night and I will definitely attend more games now I can see the whole pitch. Well done to the stewards/security for keeping an eye on the idiots and removing them quietly so the rest of us can enjoy the game.

I noticed the stewards entering the stand and leading people out in the 2nd half, what were they doing?

I was surprised how many couldn't keep their feet last night, slipping all over the place. It wasn't wet like Sutton do with theirs either. Was impressed with Lewis and Prestedge but a couple of others looked rusty for sure. The teams around us did us no favours so we got to concentrate on our own games and dig deep. Shame a few idiots had too many Haribos and got silly, absolutely no need for it.
Onwards and hopefully upwards.......

His use of subs (or not!) does get a bit frustrating - but then it always seems to be that way, whatever club or manager. Having a player as good as BJT (our top goal score) on the bench for the whole game cannot be right. Especially when you only scrape a draw thanks to a pen...

Frustrating describes last night for me!
First half we were playing like a religated team on a really bumpy pitch who had never played with each other before, ball up in the air all too often. Were we playing 4-3-3 again?? Never seen so much space between strikers. Oakley looks so off the pace it's rediculous, don't have the luxury of time to get him match fit, Loza is very dangerous on that surface, but his final ball and decision making in front of goal makes me lose years off my life most games! Pigott looks like a player use to playing higher up the ladder, loads of work rate and more goals in him.
I really think Magnus has to start over Coyle, we need to be better in the air at the back, the simple clearances seem to go pretty much any where. We have the ability to beat anyone, but we need to find the magic from the Dagenham game where every man played well and did their job. We have only lost one player since then and I think Flish can fill that hole very well. COYS......

One hell of a senior moment - I still don't understand it! I had assumed it was some sort of clever whoosh - too subtle for my aged brain.
