Sutton played Tuesday night and have got a tough game today away at Aldershot and with our fresh legs let's hope we can run them ragged and be clear by half time! If not the introduction of BJT and or Flisher with 20 minutes to go should trouble them enough to concede late on! COYS....

I have been so excited about the opening of our stunning new stand I have almost forgotten what a crucial game this really is. Its so important too concentrate on encouraging the boys to a massive three point so Coys!

Not sure if Jay is planning on putting Magnus in the starting line up tomorrow or not but I would say he could well be a requirement v Woking. Woking best striker is (as we saw when we played them at the Gallagher) Ugwu and he is powerful and dominant in the air ..... that's where we will need Magnus to negate Ugwu's strengths. With respect to Coyley I think his best game is reading the play and defending on the ground, he's not greatest in the air. And Kev, whilst good in the air, is relatively inexperienced (especially compared to Magnus) and would also benefit from Magnus's leadership and vocality. (Although, as others have said, I think it'd be harsh to drop Coyley as despite having his critics I think he's defended very well for us in the main).

My prediction is Stones 2 Sutton 1 Att 3020. I think we might even exceed that gate, but you're probably right with 2-1. To be honest I just want 3 points, I don't really care how we get it. Although, as I was diagnosed with high blood pressure recently, an early goal from Sutton, with a second-half equaliser from us and a 94th minute winner might just prove too much for me!

Hoping for a squeaky 2-1 win, I think there will be more there than a normal Tuesday evening game due to the interest in the new stand, think 3000 a bit optimistic, going for 2600.

Looking at the National League website,I see Sutton have signed Chris Nurse. Seen him play in the U.S. for Rochester years back. Very physical in his younger days, hopefully not a hatchet man putting his "stamp" on this match.

Disappointing only to get 1 point from probably our easiest remaining home game and still a mountain to climb for us.
After Saturday's very big game, every team we have left to play are currently in the top 11. We got a total of 7 points in all the reverse matches earlier on in the season. Touch and go if it would be enough again. On the bright side, our team is now stronger and we are still unbeaten in 6.

New stand is bloody marvellous. Great view, great atmosphere. Shame the first half performance did not do it justice. A key error from Worgan to kick towards the town end second half? Maybe he lost the toss. Anyway, not a single shot or anything remotely approaching an attempt on goal in the whole of the first 47. Sutton lively, but what a bunch of time wasters! Only came to life after one down and could have won it, but not quite there. Somehow Sutton seemed to get all the rebounds - were we sharp enough? - and new boy Oakley is not yet Sam York, who scored Twp for Woking tonight. Flisher made a real impact from the moment he came on with his first huge throw in. Won all the headers and unsettled their defence. By the finish, Sutton using every trick in the book to waste time. Saturday's game even more interesting now!
