I keep looking at April's fixtures (probably only 3 points) so the key thing is that Saunders and the club need to get their finger out now and find a couple of proven central midfielders that will stablise and lift the team. If we don't do it now cancel the new stand and start looking forward to a few seasons in the conference south!

Gromley it makes no difference how "well" we played on Tuesday we still came away with a big fat 0 points, on Tuesday what I meant was we need to look upon every game as a cup final, we need to stop the rot, because we are not as good as we think we are. I know (and I was only tweaking you with the 98 point comment - I knew what you meant) But you win some you lose some - if Seth hadn't swtiched off (to be fair for about a second, and to be honest Coyley had to better from where he was). We would be talking about how unlucky we were not to get three points off the team 4th in the league. To me, the current squad can to do this and I while was a little disappointed that suggested lack of passion after Woking, he did give a nod on Tuesday to the fact it might have been psychology. "we are not as good as we think we are" possibly true , but more true IMHO : "we are not as bad as you think we are" We are now nearly at the halfway point of the season and we are 5 points further from relegation than we were when we started. Due entirely to the efforts of our players. COYS!

My heart tells me we can gain another 28 points and stay up with what we have right now. However my head tells me with what we have right now we will only gain another 14 points and will be relegated. Its so so obvious our center midfield both attacking and defensively is desperately short of the quality needed. In many ways center mid is the most important area on the pitch, Also with only three centre backs we might well need cover there at some stage. Unless there is the player or players out there who are willing to join us within our budget we have little choice but to recruit them for the Money but the question is how much is too much? and how much do everyone want to stay up?

Why not stop moaning about Dagenham and start getting ready for the away game at Lincoln? Wish I was going but I can't.
