So, better, but the score could easily have been the same as Saturday and for all the effort am not sure we ever looked like scoring. There again, they scored when they had 13 players, because the linesman on the stand side did not have a clue and the ref gave us nothing. Bit of a worry how many Lincoln got again and gap down to 5 points.

So so much better our shape was much better we kept the ball better our passing was improved and we did at last looked a drilled unit and with a little bit of luck we might of got something against a clearly quality Dagenham team unlucky to Jay and the boys. My motm bjt had loads of the ball which he loves.

better effort, but to be honest we never looked like scoring.. I have a concern that we continue to play a makeshift centre forward, who never ever gets substituted... my MOTM Paxman worked his socks off

Much better tonight, one mistake and no proper striker cost us. Hope Twumassi has learnt the vital lesson that if the throw goes against you don't argue with the ref, get goal side of the player you're supposed to be marking.
Thought the midfield looked a lot better balanced tonight although Sweeney had one of those frustrating games where he alternates between being brilliant and making you want to kick his arse. Paxman and Bobby Joe were our best players tonight and if we had a proper forward on the pitch maybe some if the chances that went begging would be taken. Flish just isn't doing enough at the moment to justify his starting place, especially when we have two strikers on the bench. Still, at least I didn't come home feeling thoroughly deflated like Saturday.

Mostly agree with Daveu (is that allowed here?).
Not sure about Flish tho - I think he's still carrying an injury. He's not a Centre forward to play in a 4-3-3 (or would you call it 4-5-1?) in any case.
I'd pay good money to see football like tonight.
Oh yeah I did - doh

Much better performance
Shape better, we pressed the ball and held a higher line. Some good tackles and the ref totally f@cked us in the first 30 mins must be the worst decision making by a ref and linesman todate, they should both be sacked.
Heads didn't drop after we conceded.
Think if the substitutions had been a tad earlier we would have got something from the game.
A draw would have been the right result.

A super worgs save and the crossbar saved us as well. Sweeney had his usual shite game of late. Paxman so so. Flish had an excellent chance but shot too early and nearly took out the moon.

Came away feeling disappointed but not with the performance which I thought was first class, disappointed that we didn't come away with at least a point, a point we deserved, if we keep that up until the end of the season I believe we will be ok

Be interesting to see that Worgan save on the highlights. Looked phenomenal in real time. BJT and Paxman worked so hard and thought Flish ran his socks off too. Won pretty much every header, but seemed that their defense was anticipating better than our forwards. Interesting to see how few times Paxman, Sweeney and Rogers have been the midfield. Worked well enough today against a decent side. Moment of the match was late in first half. A quiet spell and someone in the main stand called out ' Linesman. You're still a c***.' He at least managed a smile, but had such a poor game and ultimately, cost us what would have been only our third clean sheet of the season

I thought the Rogers pax Sweeney midfield worked well and they certainly pushed up the pitch more. Jay seems to believe ...

Thought Sweeney and Paxman bossed it until the last 10 minutes when we decided our tactic was the long ball. We did create some great openings, Flish got in behind and wasted it, Loza got in behind and wasted it. The difference between us and them was they are clinical in those positions and we're not. Agree re Twumasi, that's the second post you have made about his mistake yet said nothing about Rogers doing the exact same thing on Saturday?
