The ref was the one who mistakenly sent Nathan Paul off at Ramsgate many years ago I believe.. always been useless . Flish is suspended for Saturday, so will be interesting to see if LEM gets a chance. Flish should not have been booked although it gets it out the way.

Useless is a polite word & as for the Lino..........................

Flish should not have been booked although it gets it out the way. Absolutely, so now a chance to see how we shape up without Flish - had to be tried sooner rather than later........................

We need a big target man up front to bully the centre backs, hold it up, and also be a threat in the box. It just seems we can't score or keep a clean sheet, 2 wins in 11 is good form for relegation, hopefully we can turn it around. We might have to hang in there until January before a chance to get some quality in.

Enjoyed last night. Cannot fault the boys' efforts but obvious we lack some quality for this league. In a weird way I'm enjoying the struggles this season and loving this league. We don't want to go down!!

It's now so obvious to me untill Jay can recruit that seasoned national league midfield general we simply must go with five in midfield to prevent being overun.

The midfield is more balanced with 3 their. Thought Sweeney and Paxman bossed it until the last 10 minutes when we decided our tactic was the long ball. We did create some great openings, Flish got in behind and wasted it, Loza got in behind and wasted it. The difference between us and them was they are clinical in those positions and we're not. Agree re Twumasi, that's the second post you have made about his mistake yet said nothing about Rogers doing the exact same thing on Saturday? That's the difference between something that happens in front of the stand and something that happens on the far side. I can only comment on what I see. Take your glasses off Sweeney is shite from all angles

Take your glasses off Sweeney is shite from all angles I didn't say he was brilliant. But he had moments of brilliance and moments of (as you say) complete shite, among an overall display of frustrating mediocrity. I think what annoys me about him is that I always feel he is capable of so much more, and a few times in every game he gives you glimpses of what he could be, but then at other times he has all the finesse of a carthorse and the turning circle of a supertanker.

Agree with pretty much everything else that's been said. If we play like that for the rest of the season then we should be OK as long as we play a recognised striker because it's hard to see where goals are coming from at the moment. I would love to hear Jays' explanation for not playing LEM. Also we don't ever look like scoring from long throws, free kicks & corners. That Linesman was unbelievable.

Believe we knew before the season Jay intended to push flish up front? In Saunders we trust ...

He's not fit enough or sharp enough to play up front. So why does he persist in trying him up front Saunders will take us down....

As we play more games in this league against the top sides I see how out of touch and depth Jay Saunders is.
