Hi guys, As you may have seen on social media, we have failed in our attempt to get IAGA printed in time for tomorrow's game. Am very disappointed for all concerned, but fate has conspired against us. All being well we'll have some sales reps at Billericay on Monday, Leatherhead on Saturday, which means we'll have less work to do for the big game the next week at least. IAGA What did Fate do ? Shove a spanner in the works ?

Hi Kieran: I need to have a chat with the guys who have volunteered to sell copies for us. We need to decide if to take them to Leatherhead or further delay things by waiting for Margate.
Will obviously update as and when we decide.
Hi Sennockian: No, for the reasons above we did not rush the printers for yesterday

I'd be delighted but amazed if we sell out at Leatherhead - and that's it's we decide and are able to sell there - so there should be plenty to sell before the Margate game. As stated earlier - £2 (£1.50 to IMUSC members)

In answer to jt 'Unofficial' is spelt correctly, unlike your use of the word 'Spelled' which should be SPELT, as spelled is not a word according to the Oxford Dictionary.

In answer to jt 'Unofficial' is spelt correctly, unlike your use of the word 'Spelled' which should be SPELT, as spelled is not a word according to the Oxford Dictionary. The word "spelled" is the past tense of the verb "to spell" so would not normally have its own entry in the OED, instead would be within the definition of spell. Another meaning of the word "spell" is in the Harry Potter sense, but this is a noun - to cast a spell; or in the case of the Flish "casting a spell" over the defence when working his magic. Spelt is an alternative spelling to spelled, and either is acceptable in British English. Spelt as a noun is a type of wheat.
