No word on how long a decision might take.

Depends on how many hoops the club have to jump through. Id expect it sometime early spring if the club are to be able to meet the schedule of a summer build

There appears to be 164 new seats and 104 away supporters seats. Then behind the barrier there are Directors and Officials Seats, Presidential seats and some more VP seats.
Its doubtful that away teams bring 104 supporters in the first place, let alone want to sit in the stand. So this would free up extra match day seats?
Also I take it those 164 seats will be available for people on the Season Ticket Holders Seat Waiting List?

No word on how long a decision might take. 8 weeks normally The Town & Country Planning Act stipulates a decision in 8 weeks, but I know of no local authority which is able to comply with this requirement since the squeeze on their funding began ie since Maggie T took over. The applicant therefore has to wait and bite his fingernails, or slap in an immediate appeal to the Department of the Environment (or whatever they call it these days) and wait another 6 months or so. Makes you miss the good old days of the backhander to the planning officer, don't it!

Yes thanks for that Robert.
So are the club starting the extension work beginning with the North end ?, and not the extension to the East stand.
The letter from South east water highlights the pipe lay out around the ground and includes a large pipe on the opposite side of the Medway to where i believed the main water pipe was routed, or is this sewage ?
