I'll save jdl the bother of starting another thread by starting one myself. The bookies have us as overwhelming favourites at 4/5, the draw is second favourite at 13/5 and St Albans are 14/5. On the form guide I cannot argue with these odds at all. A lot will depend on whether or not we rest Levi, with him playing I think we will edge it,without him then we are gonna need another hero. The weather is set fair, just cold,so no problems there. I've predicted a 2-0 defeat but I think I'm gonna change that for a win as we begin the job of chasing Yeovil.

Ta Sword - I was struggling!
Def a win - possibly even 4-0 (it's got to happen one day!).
I am pretty much over my Monday nightmare (couldn't get out of bed, stand up, or walk!) so we should be there.
Forecast is BLOODY COLD though...

I don't want to see us back in the NL until we are ready to cope with it and that is not yet plus I cannot afford NL football at least in this league I can watch a few games.

Apart from anything else it def does NOT help the cash flow at the club.
On the plus side Stones have done really well considering the bias of away matches.
Looking forward to all those home fixtures in the Spring.

You can both not want to be back in the NL AND want to see your team win the championship. In reality, these are mutually exclusive, but we are fans and no fan ever goes to a game wanting their team to lose - and the natural extension of that you want your team to be champions. It's the paradox of the NS - and not just for us. Apart from Yeovil, or possibly Torquay, I can't see any of the contenders surviving easily in the NS. The only ones that won't be worried about promotion are the ones who haven't experienced it!

Harley wont be in the bench anytime soon, a muscle injury puts him out for at least 3 weeks.

and its not just Harley.
Hoyte, Greenidge and Kelly are all unfit sadly.
Add to that Udoyu, Brown and Kyprianou who are all struggling for fitness and George has got his work cut out.
Not exactly great but the team are so well organised and committed these days that a decent result is not out of the question.

So we don't have a reserve keeper at the moment then?

Probably as dangerous we have looked going forward. They looked dangerous too. Quite an open game. We could have had a few more goals for sure but on balance I think a draw would have been right.
