Awaiting highlights with interest, especially as Stoneslive thought Covolan kept the score below embarrassing levels. Covolan undoubtedly kept the score down - three or four outstanding saves.

Just for balance we should have been awarded a second penalty at 3-2 but were given a free kick for a foul about a yard inside the box and Amantchi had a header superbly stopped. I didnt think there was masses between the teams other than our utter inability to mark in our box

Looked more like we played terrible at the back rather than Hampton were too good for us. Free headers galore! Not sure if it was a pen or not at 3-2 was probably on the line, so for officials to get that wrong is just one of those things. The 2nd yellow for Aransibia was I assume for dissent, so a bit silly but it didn't change anything, we were down and out by then anyway.
On to the next one, we MUST bounce back this weekend! and hopefully in style!

Four very good crosses and the chances taken well too. Their hat trick man looked the classic 'big forward' - not something we've seen a lot of this season. Also, guess it is hard to defend good crosses (pace and accuracy) when you don't have that skill in your own team to practice with. Hopefully, they will learn. Positives? Sol took his goal well and certainly has a knack for winning penalties. On another day, we might have got a second penalty and Razzaq would have got a goal too. Did we deserve to win? Certainly not, but a bit unlucky to lose by so many. Tuesday night the ideal chance to put things right, especially as it is Dover.

Hampton are obviously very strong at home with scores of 4,4,3,5 now in the last 4 games all against decent teams. Defending however, was really poor with Browne in particular having a nightmare.

I don't know about others but, result aside, Hampton was a pleasant ground to go to. Decent food and drink selection.
